I called Chuck and text pictures of the 2 stumps that needed grinding; he was responsive and easy to work with. He quoted a price that was better than 2 other quotes. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I called Sunday about 11am. I sent pictures over the phone, he called back immediately. We discussed price. He was at my house by noon and done by 12:30. Quality job too I believe. Everything was positive.

Called Chuck on Tuesday, made the appointment for him to drop by on Thursday. I asked him to call me when he was ready, I could get home in 10 mins to meet him. He called stated he would be at my house at 10:00 AM on Thursday. At 10;00 AM, he pulled up in front of my house, we talked about what I wanted down now, what I might want in the future. Chuck quoted me a price that I felt was reasonable and I accepted the job. I have a pretty deep front yard so Chuck's grinder would have to drive across a large grassy area I was very protective. I let Chuck know how concerned I was for my sprinkler system, we turn on the sprinkler heads, plotted a path for his grinder. The stump was removed, the area covered with dirt and mulch ready for resodding. No damage to my sprinklers, my grass, or my yard. Quick, painless, and professional. I wish all my experiences with contractors and maintenance went this smooth. We will have Chuck back to help tackle the fantail palm jungle in my yards.
