They did an outstanding job! They are responsive, no damages, had all the equipment needed, tree taken down and cleaned up in 4.5 hours.

He came right away, and also came the next day as he said he would. He did a great job, used a crane and blocked off the area for safety and brought a large crew. He cleaned up everything nicely after the removal.

Just excellent. Abel was terrific. Responded to my request for quote the next day and even came over. Offered to cut it down on the spot for a reasonable price. I accepted since I had checked them out for license and worker's comp insurance the night before. Definitely recommend them and i will use them again too. cleaned up all the debris too.

From quote to finish, Abel and his employees were wonderful. Quote was reasonable for the amount of trees that needed trimming. The guys who did the actual work were professional, thorough, and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend this company.

While the tree I had removed was successfully taken down and grinded for $500.00, Sergio did NOT state that a 15 dollar credit card fee would be added to the Invoice. My wife, who had a great working experience with Discount Tree before, is battling cancer and did not want to argue with the additional fee. I'm putting my review as a warning to those looking to hire Discount; ask questions, and put the writing. 50 dollars could have went to my wife's medication this week. Very cold how they advantage of my wife.

They did an awesome job with everything and were fast and prompt and cleaned up well.

Discount Tree Care Arborist Inc. was an awesome company to work with! They came out quickly, gave us a very reasonable price, showed up the next day & trimmed the tree. They did a great job & cleaned up well afterwards. I would definitely use their services again.

The best company ever! The crew arrived on time and went to work immediately. Richard was in charge of the crew. He did not stand around and supervise, he joined the workers in getting the job done. He asked us if we had any questions or concerns as they were working. What a professional crew. The cleaned up and left our place just as it was before they started. They protected our plants from any damage and made sure everything the work was to our satisfaction. We will definitely use Richard and Discount Tree Care Arborists again. Also, we did check them out and they had all the property liability and workers compensation insurance needed.

It was not what I would have liked, nor was it what I expected but I do not want to jeopardize Discount Tree Care's place on Angie's list for what happened in my yard. Able was very pleased to be on the list and I am sure he has rendered excellent service to others in the past; it just did not happen for this time with his business and my yard.

This was truly the best experience I’ve had with my tree trimming service. Abel was on time, very professional and evaluated my job site. I’ve owned my home for 24 years and have always had issues with tree services but not in this case. This team made it the best experience I’ve had thus far... They are very professional, courteous and fast team. Once we agreed on a time, I was first greeted by Abel Jr, very nice young man, he then mentioned that his brothers were going to arrive with the truck and chipper. They arrived on time and I met with the sons, great group of guys. I’ll use their services again. thx guys, Ken

OMG. Fabulous. Abel was quick to respond and gave us a written estimate. Knowledgeable. Then we hired them. Three guys show up, we confirm that we are on the same page (!) and they start. They clean up and haul away. Not just the debris in our yard, but the stuff that falls over into the green belt behind us. Yup! Caesar and crew were awesome. Highly recommend.

It went really well. They only had a five foot space between pool and fence to work. Used ropes and hauled away all the mess. You would not know they had been there. Would definitely use again.

Excellent - Abel came out the day I requested info on Angie's list. Gave us an excellent price and the job was done right away. He suggested that he could remove our overgrown grass/weeds at the same time which he did. I am very happy with him. Very professional and experienced.

What a professional family-run business! I had 4 trees that needed to be removed (melaleuca, avocado and 2 pine trees). Abel is very friendly and knowledgeable; he spent a lot of time with us giving advice for what trees and shrubs would be good for the backyard. He arrived on-time for the bid, and when we accepted it, he and his hard-working crew were there the very next morning (a Sunday!). The team was great - polite and professional - and with their heavy equipment, they did the job in one day. They left the job site in great condition. I will be hiring Abel and Discount Tree Care Arborist to come back to plant two new trees and some shrubs. Thank you Abel and DTCA!

They responded promptly to my request for an estimate (they came in with the low bid) and again when I asked them to do the job. The job was handled professionally. At one point they ran into a hang up with a buried PVC pipe. I asked what the options were. They said "Don't worry about it, we're tree professionals".

Abel (owner) responded and came within 30 mins to give us a quote. He was knowledgeable about the type of trees and gave us a reasonable quote on cutting down 3 trees and trimmed two other trees. Overall, he and his team did a great job!

I own a rental house in Southern California but I live in another state. I had an issue with a tree on my rental property that was termite infested and the roots were damaging the sidewalk, and the city gave me a deadline for removing the tree. I thought I’d try Angie’s List to see if I could find someone to do the work. I received a phone call from Abel with Discount Tree Care within just 1-2 minutes after hitting the SUBMIT button. This was my first time using Angie’s List and I was impressed right off the bat. Abel went out the next day to look at the tree. He was very knowledgable, explained the situation and gave me his recommendation. He gave me a great quote and was available to remove the problem tree the next day. He sent me photos of the finished job and it looked great. You couldn’t even tell there had been a tree there. I will definitely use Abel’s services in the future.

They were extremely fast and responsive with the initial quote. They were able to quote via cellphone and photos of the property. They were able to show up the next business day and finish out a huge Chinese Elm tree service that required a cherry picker due to the height. The job was complete from start to finish in under 2 hours because they brought the right crew and right trucks to do the job. I am impressed by their professionalism and speed. They cleaned out the property and hauled everything away. I am satisfied with their work. A solid recommend.

The work was accomplished in record time, every worker was polite, professional and showed expertise. The site was left completed cleaned up upon completion. I would recommend this business to everyone I know. Price was excellent, discount was provided.

The price was very fair and the work was very professional. One minor problem occurred. The owner was responsive and willing to help resolve the problem; however, correction of problem was easy and inexpensive so I took care of it. The owner’s willingness to help correct an error is a positive. I know that if anything goes wrong, he will not bail out; consequently, I feel extremely comfortable having this company work for me and will hire them in the future.
