Mike with D&I was super responsive and was out the next day to do the testing. The demolition and remediation was completed the next week. The crew was professional and considerate and completed the job with minimal impact to the rest of the condo. The contractor we are using for the rebuild commented on the quality of the work performed. Recommend with no reservations.

The team was awesome! Very responsive, came out on short notice and did some testing to ensure our plaster walls didn’t contain any asbestos. Then very quickly removed mold from our hallway and cleaned the studs well to prevent and further growth. Appreciate how timely and clean the team was.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had water damage on my drywall caused by a leaking water heater, and D&I Solutions did an amazing job from start to finish. They responded quickly, removed all the water, thoroughly dried the surfaces, and replaced the damaged drywall. They also handled the removal and reinstallation of the water heater flawlessly. Everything was painted and finished beautifully — the area looks brand new! Really professional and kind people. Highly recommend their services!
