What an amazing job! First, I usually don’t write reviews but I really want people to know what a great job Andrew and his team did. Let’s start at the beginning - he was the most enthusiastic and persistent of the several contractors we sought bids from. He clearly wanted the job! But was not pushy. The price was very competitive and the bid set out alternative quality levels. I liked that and we went for the highest level. Right from the beginning he demonstrated the highest level of attention and quality. He kept mentioning that this was demonstrative of that highest level we had paid for. Even still, we were very impressed. This is our forever home and we really wanted everything done well, even if out of view (such as the substructure). He and his team were always most professional. The workers were always extraordinarily courteous and friendly. They always cleaned the place before departing for the day. Andrew always made it a point to let me know what’s going on and any unanticipated delays to the plan, including weather issues. This was a large project for us and came with a corresponding budget. We have absolutely no regrets. I would whole heartedly recommend Diverse Trades Custom Construction and plan to use them for other projects as well.

We contracted to have the exterior of our Victorian house in the Old Town section of Georgetown painted. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the work Diverse Trades did. Communication with the crew went very smoothly. They were easy to work with and had good ideas about resolving the problems that arise with an older house. We would definitely work with them again.

They were fast and professional. Very easy to work with. The deck turned out beautifully! We will use them again for other home improvement projects.

The project turned out better than expected! From start to finish, communications were clear and the job was completed in just a few days. These guys are hard workers and knowledgeable in many areas. Andrew is business-minded and quick to provide reasonable estimates and make changes according to my needs. This was the second time I used Diverse Trades for a project. Previously, they did tree trimming, stump removal, repaired outdoor wooden stairway, replaced light fixtures and window damaged by the tornado.
