Nick did a fantastic job. Fixed the step up to my house and part of the sidewalk, then tucked mortar joints in the brick around my house. I would highly recommend him. He is a man of his word and you can tell he takes pride in quality work and customer satisfaction.

I saw and ad in the flip and clip book and called and set a appointment. It was quick and easy. The guys came out in 2 days and were very nice. They were right on time and started right away. They explained that the tile had tree roots that had grew into it and they were blocking the water from going to the street. They had  the equipment to grin the roots out and flush the tile. The cool part was that they had a camera that showed me the cleared tile. They also saw that I had a sewer line from my house to the street. I had just recently bought this home and really didn't even know it was there. Tony put the camera in the sewer line and again saw blockage. Tony and his helper also flushed this line and showed me again on the camera the clear path. I was very impressed that they paid attention and noticed this sewer line. It was appreciated.. <br />   <br />   The real test came with the next heavy rain. I did not have ANY issues with water back up or overflowing!! It was great!! I do not worry any longer if I am away at work, that if it rains if there will be water in my garage. I would recommend Diversified Group for this service. Nice people. Nice Job. Very happy.

It could not have went any better!! In all honesty, this was a BIG project and I felt kind of nervous about overseeing the work onto our home. It was a huge blessing that the project manager from Diversified Group literally took care of every detail! I had not anticipated such care! He oversaw the project on a daily basis, as if this addition were being built onto his own house....which TOTALLY put me at complete ease! From start to finish the entire addition went as some as silk! If I ever were to do another addition to my home I'd hire Diversified Group in a heart beat! They did the job twelve years ago. To this day there is not one crack in all of the cement work they did! That says a lot about the quality of their work!

I was so impressed with the quality of their workmanship that a year later I hired them again to do the exact same thing in another rental house that I was having the same problem. On every aspect of every component of each of the two wall building jobs I am pleasingly surprised with how excellent & smoothly it all went! I definitely recommend Diversified Group whenever someone I know needs help with their basement walls!

The salesman was very helpful in helping us pick out our new shingles. Everytime we called if we had a question someone would get back to us immediately with the answer. They had a good group of men working on our house. They were very professional. They installed the roof in just a few days including tearing It off. The clean up was amazing, they were very mindful of our flower gardens and landscape. Very impressive. <br />

Diversified Group was great!! They salesman was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem with our wet crawlspace. We live in a area with a high water table, and our crawlspace was not working correctly to handle the situation. The crew were very friendly and respectful of my home inside & out. They were on time and punctual. This was appreciated, with <br /> busy schedules it can be difficult to get work done on time when quoted. I would recommend Diversified Group for any waterproofing issues. <br />

I was having standing water at the corners of my house. I was worried that the water was going to hurt my foundation if it sat next to it. So I called several contractors in the area for their opinions. Diversified Group Seemed to be the only company that listened to my needs and did not try to sell me what I did not need. They made the suggestion that I clean my gutters and have them install gutter extensions. I explained that I did not want visible extensions in my yard. The salesman suggested buried downspout extensions. From the sales to the work being preformed they did an amazing job. I was also blown away with their follow up! I would defiantly recommend this company!    <br />

Diversified Group did a great job. They determined what the problems were in my very wet crawlspace with their free <br /> <br /> estimate, The explained the options and pricing well I found the  pricing to be very reasonable. <br /> <br />  They began the work within 30 days of signing the contract and started when they said they would. The crew were very conscious & <br /> <br /> considerate of my home. They showed up when they were suppose to and cleaned up any mess. I was skeptical, but researched the company and called a reference in my neighborhood. I decided to pull the trigger. Rob was excellent, he negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf and ended up getting total replacement on our roof. Insurance companies try to give you the bare minimum, but The Diversified Group knows the insurance laws and knows how to get it done. They put a really nice Owens Corning 50 year warranty dimensional shingle on the house, and it looks great. Highly recommend them.

This company was hired to complete waterproofing in my basement and level my sidewalk. I went with this company initially because they had what I thought were good ratings. Man, was I wrong! <br /> They began the work by digging up the sidewalk and removing the sidewalk. I was told that they could not level the sidewalk, the only way to fix the problem was to replace it. <br /> They dug up the side and back sidewalk and part of my driveway and then began a trench around my home. Upon this, the company informed me that they found damaged piping that would need to be replaced in the lining which was an additional cost over the estimate. The next day, after I signed and agreed to this cost, they then added that they would need a plumber. While I was put off that they didn't thoroughly check the damage before having me sign a new contract, I was also told that if this plumber would be an additional charge, to my final bill, they would notify me. I received no phone call from the company after the plumber came to the home to evaluate and fix the situation. It wasn't until I received an additional bill that I was made aware that there was a charge (close to ten days later I received a bill). My plan was to compare their plumber's estimate to my own plumber estimate in the event there was a charge. I assumed that when I can home that day, I was not incurring any additional charges as the work appeared to be finished other than the cleanup that needed to be done. <br /> As of this date, my sidewalk has cracks in it, (started to happen six months into the job). The company claims that this is normal/nothing to be concerned about. However, who wants cracks in their brand new sidewalk? The concrete is very rough grade and difficult to shovel and appears to be growing mold, and they did not do a proper cleanup in my basement, and removed my fence in my back yard. The sidewalk is uneven in many areas and much narrower than it was originally. I contacted the company to tell them that I was not satisfied with their quality of work and they have refused to rectifiy the sitation claiming that I still owe them money after paying them over 9500 dollars. To which I don't agree because they never gave me any estimate or new contract for any additional cost. <br />

It went very well. I am very pleased with them. The price was reasonable and it was what I expected. They were very friendly. They were very thorough and cleaned up their mess after themselves. I am happy with the quality of the work but we haven't had a lot of rain yet, so time will tell.

They were good. Kevin, the owner, was very responsive and did a few things free of charge. The workers were messy and left the water hose running and it took us 2-3 days before we noticed. Kevin offered to pay the water bill, but since he did the other things for us I decided not to. Overall they are nice people.
