This guys runs a scam. I hired him to fix my existing security cameras. He charged me $150 for the original call. It was a simple software reset. I was happy to pay because what I paid for was knowledge. However, it didn't fix the problem and the next day it was still broken. He told me that he would have to charge me $250 because it's a different issue, but that he would give me a break and charge $175. This is for a problem he didn't fix the first time! I was desperate because I was leaving town for a month so I said yes. He changed the hardware this time it fixed the problem. During this time he answered every call he got on his cell phone. He was actually trying to screw in a screw and he still answered the call. Extremely unprofessional. If he doesn't have staff then he should let it go to voicemail and finish one thing before starting another. I paid $325 just for the house call fee, including one where he didn't fix the problem. This did not include the fee for the hardware. Beware.

I am really happy that I got matched with Jose Cosio because after talking to him he knew exactly what I wanted and suggested things that would help me out. I will DEFINIATELY want to work with Jose again. He left the area as clean or cleaner when he finished and was always professional as well as his co-workers. Can I give more than 5 stars? That was how happy I was with the quality of work and how the job wrapped up.

These guys were Awesome!  Great prices and fast, professional install.  Will call back for more work. Was very courteous and understood what I needed and offered tips to make it look better and more efficient.

I purchased a DVR from this company.  When I learned that they weren't licensed, I took the DVR because I had already paid for it; but, I wouldn't let them in to do the configuration or connect it to my network.  I had another company come in and do that.  The quality of the DVR is so poor that it is just useless.  It's doesn't stay up; it reboots itself or freezes.  This is constantly throughout the day.  It does not stay up on its own during a 24-hour period.  It's just a waste of time and money.  It's a no-name brand made in Korea. <br />
