It was a big job. Long widened driveway, new bigger patio and front sidewalk. Roger and his crew were friendly, professional and hard working. Roger made sure things were done right. From start to finish, it was all done in a timely fashion, considering we had a lot of rain and had to wait until everything dried out. We remained patient. Divine concrete did an amazing job. We have had a lot of neighbors and just people stop and admire and comment on the workmanship. We absolutely love the awesome job that was done. Reasonable cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Horrible company! Very unprofessional. Very expensive and never came back to seal the concrete patio and there’s marks all on it. They never cleaned up after themselves, they left gravel and mud everywhere and they ruined the neighbors grass which they were explained to not go on. My mistake was paying them and taking their word that they would be back to clean and seal everything up but now they don’t even answer the phone. Also the one time I called to complain the lady asked me if I was ever happy so she’s very unprofessional. I highly advise to not hire this place. From beginning to end it was a nightmare. His crew had been arguing and screaming at each other from day one. They are not worth the money or frustration they put you through. Also they came a week early and broke the cement up and left us hanging for a week and couldn’t get in touch with them.

They won’t come back and finish the job, it didn’t turn out correctly and they won’t fix it. I was stupid and already paid them so now my only recourse is to take them to court. Roger assured me that he’d come back and take care if everything but once I paid him, he’s never returned. He went on and on about how he takes pride in customer service but he won’t even return my calls or texts. Patio is only 2 years old and already has cracks in two places as well. The stamps didn’t turn out correctly, there is a place with missing concrete, there is an extra ridge on one side that was supposed to cut off, one of the pillars was done differently than the other one and the one the one with spacers never had the spacers removed. I’ve called and texted and Roger just ignores me. When I realized things that were wrong with my stamped concrete, Roger’s initial response was that he knew parts didn’t turn out but he doesn’t know how to fix it. Very disappointed with the work and service. I e been calling him and texting him for two years (most recently Nov 2020) and he ignores me.
Response from Divine Concrete
"I must say I am saddened by your one star. I have spoke to you many times that is correct. I have done my part. The job was poured all at one time as you asked for. Stamp crete has many indentations , lines , highs and lows. The thing you call a “spacer” is actually called expansion joint. It is placed to control contractual movement in the space. The job was satisfactory when we left paid in full from the job. Not to mention we were there due to the fact the last guy had to tear out his work and didn’t want to redo it. There isn’t much that can be done with indentation dislikes. No matter what I say or do , our work will not be good enough for you. I am sorry to hear that. I like to think we put everything and every ounce of our skill into each and every job. A one start not only affects my family and I , it also affects our workers and their families as well. Thank you for your review. We will work harder to be a better company and our craftsmanship moving forward."

They were on time, professional, and did great work. Roger always answered his phone when I called. They were scheduled to work one day but it was too wet when the crew got to my house. He said he would come back the next day and he did, right on time. The work was finished later that afternoon.

Excellent: After viewing the sunken and cracked portion of the walk, Roger suggested we replace the whole side walk. Roger was the only one of the top 3 on Angies list that bothered to return my call. He showed up on time and he and his crew did an outstanding job, cleaning up all traces before leaving. Roger also suggested a change in the contour of the walk to blend with the stoop and it really worked out well. I would recommend Divine Concrete to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again.

I was very happy with the whole process, from estimate to end result. Instead of simply replacing the front stoop as it was, Roger said we could make better use of the concrete and widen the step and add shape to the sidewalk to flow into the walk area. It looks awesome! And I would highly recommend Divine Concrete :)
Roger and his team came through again. Superb job. Looks great and Entire job (large in nature) went smooth with no issues. Roger and his team know how to get the job done in a timely manner with the highest quality and informative nature. I am a Curious person so I ask alot of questions about services and work and roger took the time to answer every question I had in thorough detail. If your looking for concrete work Divine Concrete should be your go to company. Local, Personal, and affordable.

Roger and his team are great. His prices are great and his work is A+ I had some last minute changes to the work requested by last minute i mean day before and he accommodated them with out any hesitation. I have a patio, 2 sidewalks and a large drive way that i will be having Roger take care of as well A+++++++++ Great job roger. Its nice to have a local small business that has the customers needs first in line and provides quality, friendly, and cost efficient service.

Roger and his team were very pleasant and nice to work with. He was quick to respond to my request, as well as provide the quote. In my opinion, the work itself was B+ in terms of overall quality and closeness of how I expected the job to look, but unfortunately, Angie's ratings don't allow for that option. My primary issue is that the scoring lines in the concrete should be straighter. There is definitely some "waviness" in some of them. The other issue I have is with the dog run, which is gravel and not concrete. Roger was great in building the layout that we asked him to create, which, I would guess is not how most people would have had him do it. But, the top layer, intended to be pea gravel, seems much more like a small river rock, which the dogs are having a hard time getting used to. Smaller stones would have been better. In all fairness, I was actually in the hospital while the work was being done, so his main interface during this time was my wife, who may not have realized the stones should be a little smaller.

Overall, I am pleased with the job Roger and his team did, and would use them again. Pricing and professionalism were great, and he was open to ideas and requests as to how the job was performed. I would just want to make sure I was around while the work was being done to make sure everyone was on the same page and that minor workmanship errors could be avoided.

Response from Divine Concrete
"Member, We do thank you and your wife for the job. We would also like to apologize for the unsatisfactory control joints, as it was very difficult to do them being surrounded by a deck, fencing, and a garage wall. Our goal is to strive for perfection on every job. The rock used we used is what the quarry had in stock closest to what was intended for use. Member, you were a pleasure to work for, and very kind. Please feel free to contact Divine Concrete in the future. We will always strive to ease the customer. Thank you, and have a blessed day."

Their service price was very reasonable. They did an excellent, timely work. They get it done, when they said they're going to have it done. They were even here at 8 o'clock one night just because the concrete company didn't deliver the concrete on time like they were supposed to. They made sure that they got it done. I would definitely use them again in the future.

"Thank you very much for the kind words. We are glad that we could give you great projects !!"
