D & J Electrical Company

Little did we know the generator stopped working within a month of installation. Called installer and he said he no longer works for D&J and can?t help me. Found another company to come out and get it running only to be told there?s no warranty because it wasn?t properly installed. D&J will not return calls and my &13,500 generator still doesn?t work. I?m filed a complaint with the BBB. Do NOT use this company!!

The residential generator install was fine. It took 6 weeks from generator drop off in my driveway til install with inspection. The problem occurred when the annual maintenance needed to be scheduled. No response for two months, then owner said they have no one to do maintenance. The contract I agreed to said I would receive one free oil change and then annual maintenance would be $179./year The owner had some problem with one of his installers, blamed it on them, so now no free maintenance. Word to the wise, only deal with a reputable dealer. Dont rely on Kohler website and their Platinum ratings

The original service was fine. They worked until 9:45PM to finish. They cleaned up everything verynicely.The issue I'm having now is that the outdoor outlet is not working and another putleteasnot repositioned and after repeated attempts, I'm getting no response.

Outstanding service and products. These generator installations require lots of engineering and problem solving skills. These technicians are experienced and ready to solve the challenges.

They arrived when they said they would. They were efficient and clean in their work. I am very happy! I will contact them again when I need more electrical work.

Great work at a good price. Josh came out and did the install when he said he would which is rare these days. They were also clean, quiet and respectful to those working from home during their install. No complaints

Josh did a great job upgrading the electric panel. Arrived on time,. Cleaned up afterward. The new electric box wiring looks really neat and tidy. Very professional. Kept me informed as to what he was doing and what to expect for timing.

They did a great job for me! They upgraded my electric panel and also my outside meter. They also cleaned up the electric wiring on the outside of my house and made it look very neat. And they cleaned up after they were done. Josh was very personable and he and his team were very professional and reliable. They did quality work. And I would hire them again in the future to do any other electric projects that I might need in my home.
