Denis and the whole crew from D&J Home Improvement were great to work with from the beginning. Denis was clear in setting expectations and providing a straightforward, detailed estimate. They painted our 2,500 sq ft house. He and the lead painter were always pleasant, responsive and accommodating to our requests and feedback. The whole crew was very efficient, respectful and careful with the house. Would definitely hire them again!

Denis and his TEAM are very professional, efficient, precise and knowledgeable about what they do. Denis left Francisco to lead the team when he needed to handle other business. All team members are very customer focused. When we had questions or suggestions about the project they listened and took appropriate action. They do EXCELLENT work. They totally reconfigured our deck. We will definitely look to D&J for future projects! We highly recommend this company! BTW, our deck was one of three houses on our street that D&J did work on. GREAT JOB D&J!!

Denis and team did a great job for us, especially in the middle of COVID-19 impact and our issue with water damage. He was flexible and patient through discovery of water and insurance issues. Did a good job managing all the projects manpower and finances to help me stay within my budget. Then built the platform and put together our new Lifetime Shed. We asked him to do a lot more then we originally requested and he was very good about about doing it with excellence, we will definitely ask him and his team to comeback to finish some other projects. They wrote back to me within a few minutes of requesting a quote on AngiesList. They came out in two days and provided an estimate with some helpful recommendations. They showed up early and got to work today and finished the entire deck. It looks really good. They still have to come back to stain the deck, but overall I am very impressed and would work with them again.

Marvelously—and the cost estimate good! Crew taped polyethylene to all walls and floors, moved furniture that had to b moved and replaced it after the job was complete. They were extra hard working, fast, thorough, and extremely mindful of our possessions and artwork. They worked non-stop (excepting a lunch break) all day everyday for 5 days—which included the painting of a large master with 2 dormers2 dormers, and the white woodwork. They cleaned as they went along and corrected any ceiling paint seepage. They scraped the popcorn, repaired the damage this caused and painted all of the ceilings. We can’t stop looking at our beautiful, bright, white, clean ceilings!!!! D&J is now our go-to contractor for any upcoming projects!!!

I was so impressed with the immediate follow-up to my Angie's List inquiry. Denis answered my inquiry (only vendor who did of the four I contacted - that spoke volumes to me) and came out the next day to take a look at the work I was requesting. Rescreening of the back porch door was a major priority as our two indoor cats spend 80% of their day out there. Denis provided me with a very fair quote and we scheduled the work around MY schedule, for later that same week, which was flat out awesome. He was quick, efficient, did a GREAT job and he cleaned up both areas when he was finished with the work. I was so thrilled that someone actually answered my email, followed up, did the work requested and was fair in price. And though I never mentioned it, Denis also adjusted the same door which was dragging on the painted decking. I highly recommend Denis and D&J Home Improvement. The list of services he provides is extensive and I will be contacting him in again in the Spring to rescreen the entire porch and do some interior painting.

Denis and his crew came each day at the time the said they would and created a beautiful deck that was better than we could have imagined. His attention to details is something hard to find in a contractor these days. I have already let him know that when future projects come up that he is the first one I will call.

We have used D & J Home Improvements for the last few years on several jobs from a Kitchen /Bath Remodel to building a deck and also lots of carpentry work. They are excellent to work with -quality work - and they truly care about their work!
