"I’m sorry you may feel that this is the way that things happened, but this statement is not correct if we are being honest. You gave me a list of things needing to be moved and I confirmed it with you through text and that is what you where quoted $600 you then said that you needed packing and I let you know that I could add a packing service for $150 of 12-18 boxes bringing your total to $750! When we arrived you told me you where leaving and your “helper” knew everything that needed to be moved. As soon aS I walked inside she started giving me items that we did not discuss. She contacted you multiple times asking does this item or that item need to be moved. Many times you didn’t not answer and She then stated she was not sure what all you wanted to be moved as she had only known you all of 3 days. We took everything you had listed and a few more items that was not listed, We also packed 15 boxes as well. Your helper asked us to wait around for you but I told her that we couldn’t because you were charged a flat rate and not hourly, and that we had to return to one of our employees home to move items out as to the storms had hit her home the night before. As we arrived to your storage we found 2 dead rats and trash, I notified you of the issue and sent you pictures and you told me that is fine to go ahead and unload your belongings into the storage. We packed your storage neatly and sent you pictures after it was packed and you told us to leave the keys at the front desk. We loaded a 17ft truck into a 8x10 unit. 6 hours later you called and told me this was the worst company that you have ever used after I explained to you that we had done everything asked of us and plus some you told us that we needed to send you $100 back or come back out and take the things to your storage left behind. After you continued to speak rudely and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say I then transferred your call to my boss. After trying to argue with him he finally got you to calm down and asked you had you gone over your limit to see what else he could do to help. You then started yelling telling him your credit limit is 10k and that money is not what you are worried about. He let you know that nothing else could fit into your storage but they would come move the items you said we had forgotten at your home, or that we could refund you $100, You agreed to them coming back out asked if you could get a bigger unit and where told that we could do that but would not be able to move the items from your current unit into a new unit. We agreed to send a crew out on Sunday and contacted you multiple times via text and call yo confirm the time Sunday you never replied. I then texted you and told you I needed information to refund you the $100 you wanted but never received the information. Again I am sorry for any inconvenience, but I can assure you and anyone that the services you were quoted for are the services you received. Thank you, Taylor S. -QUOTE SPECIALIST"
