The work that Djmhandyman was very dodgy, the fence was too loose, the post that he put in was very loose that it could hold the chained link fence tight. I trusted Angi for their recommendation, but it turned out that this person does not have a license, is not bonded and is not insured in the state of Washington. Djmhandyman is being fined for the same kinds of services, he keeps on putting the project on and off, the gates that he put in was not done properly, one side was working but the other side was not, I need to tie it so it'll hold and be closed to keep my dogs from running out. I could have done a better job than him on the fence, It's been a month and the project is not complete yet, which I could have completed in less than a week.

Do not hire. Sloppy from start to finish. Didn’t measure properly, didn’t have supplies, left gates crooked even after “fixing” them, fence poles crooked and wobbly, left piles of trash in yard, and never returned to stain fence or spray fence line as contracted. Contacted multiple times during and after job and was always met with excuses.

I would not recommend him to anybody. They even destroyed my gorgeous tree. He said he would come on Monday and he didn't showed up, he said he would come the next day but he didn't. He was very unprofessional. The job is finished but the faucet is still not working properly.

It was supposed to be a two day job but it takes 3 weeks and he didn't even finished putting the chain link because I told him that I don't want to deal with him anymore. He also keeps changing the price. He always makes commitment and he did not follow. He would say I'll be here on Monday and then he would not come then he would gave another schedule the he would not come again. I was really unhappy with this company, he was very unprofessional. The first thig that I saw was actually a child a minor coming out of his employee's car and pee on my lawn. I didn't say anything because at that point I needed the job done.

It went horrible do not hire these people. Flakey as could be. Came to my house and installed fence. Horrible work. The poles were only in the ground about 6". It fell over while I was at work one day. Said they would fix it. It's taking them forever. They fixed 6 or 7 poles decent and haven't been back since. Said he would come out the last two weeks and always has excuses. Do not use them. They do horribly bad work.

"well its true the guy did only put them in 10 inch deep ,we went back and was fixing this but was without men as covid hit us hard I have been back to correct this and the guy mo longer works for us I have made theses things right I did go redo 9 poles and and o. 6 more I was honoring what my guy did"

This person is not the one anyone would want to build a fence! Lets consider that his terms: For a 6700 project requires a 3200.00 up front payment; followed by another 3200.00 payment after completing part of the work. Followed by a final smaller payment for the finish phase. We made the initial payment (w/reservations) and after a few days he called and said he was ready for the second payment. (I explained that will depend on inspection of work done so far) He agreed. Upon inspection it was found the fence line zig-zagged; was at various heights; had loose posts, concrete was mixed incorrectly; rails incorrectly placed (18" from grade for lower rail, and 14" from top to upper rail (5 foot fence); many of the 5/8 thick boards were attached using 7/8" staples, which resulted in a weak connection easily removed planking. Cedar-tone board used, plans placed below grade. Gave him an opportunity to correct; but the result was unsatisfactory - he still wanted payment although the work was less than half done. He screamed derogatory remarks when I said you must be kidding about being paid and he then stormed off in his truck! The list goes on - but I suspect you can see the nightmare here which is going to be costly to fix the mess. Avoid this one and avoid pain.

The workers did an excellent job removing the old fence and replacing it with very good quality cedar. The job took 3 days to complete. I love the new fence. It was 145 feet in length. I am very unhappy about the clean-up. David Morales and his workers hauled off the wood but left the old concrete blocks. Mr. Morales told me that he was coming back the next day to remove the concrete blocks, but he never did. It has been over 6 weeks and I have made 6 phone calls. Each time Mr. Morales said he was coming. He never did come back. I have paid the bill in full.

Dave, was very professional in all aspects. It was important to me that work was done right the first time.
