Received quote and work began day after closing. Job to be done in “approx 2 weeks”. Work began with 4 people on site. Eventually only 2 and ultimately 1 person was on site due to “other jobs” he had going on. They removed popcorn ceiling and re-textured but did not prep the ceiling. A coat of primer was applied but NO paint. Walls were not prepped/sanded where spackel used. Began opening of two walls the week after starting. Said it would be following week before finishing all work. Every week was another delay with no definitive date for completion and Kevin’s excuse was because I added on work with the lanai. They never touched the lanai until a month later. Workmanship was terrible. Latex paint used over oil based paint on door trim and doors is now peeling. Paint on walls at ceiling looks like someone rode rollercoaster to paint. Cabinets in kitchen were painted but not with cabinet paint. Regular paint rolled and brushed and nothing was prepped beforehand. New cabinets were not sanded. Smudges and spattered paint covers all cabinets. New door pulls were installed incorrectly. They’re at the very bottom of door, upside down and crooked. Cabinet over stove has gap of about 1.5” between doors. Towel bars in both baths were hung crooked. They were also just screwed into wall and Liquid Nails was used to keep them in place. Vinyl flooring was laid in master bedroom and bath. The transition between the rooms was glued down with so much glue it seeped out on the sides but was never cleaned up. There was overpaint on most everything as well as splatter over many areas. I paid for labor and materials and now see that I was taken advantage of. I never received a completion date from him so I completed his job on 12/10/2020. Unfortunately I paid the 50% deposit for granite to him which he kept. Any attempt to discuss issues I had with their work, or trying to get a completion date were met with anger that I would question him or he would simply walk away saying he wasn’t going to discuss it and if I didn’t keep stopping by to see the progress they could get finished. A truly disappointing experience with this company and I would hope anyone considering hiring him would not.

We needed our house painted inside and out. Drywall work to open up kitchen. Popcorn ceiling removed, and new wall texture. All done while we were in a different state. Kevin kept us informed with pictures and text messages. We are very happy. Very good job. We would hire again.

They were fantastic. They arrived when they said they were gonna arrive. They did what was expected. The price was very fair.

This is a skilled husband and wife handyman team who work very efficiently together. They provided reconstruction to the guest wing of our house for damage caused by a ruptured pipe. Holes had been drilled into walls to allow hot air fans to dry out the interior o the walls. This team sealed the holes and repaired all the damage caused by the flood itself and by the drying out measures. They were punctual, finished the job on schedule and made several recommendations that saved us money. They were very pleasant. <br />
