Steven and nexgen exceeded my expectations for turn around time of restoration and claim process. The nexgen team assisted with 2 of my properties one townhome and my primary home. One required insurance claim process, and the other did not. Steven handled professionally as if it were his own home. His team put together an incredible plan to redo the kitchen and bathrooms that my wife and I were astounded with! They as well completed both projects 1 week before expected completion dates! From start to finish everything was beyond our expectations. This company is very fair, honest and professional. Steven and his team coordinated efforts to rebuild our home after a hot water slab leak and heavy mold throughout our home. Steven worked with our insurance Co. which helped put my anxiety to ease.
