We had some trouble connecting in the beginning, but overall I was very pleased with the experience.  The gentleman showed on time, was friendly and courteous, and did a great job with the gate.  In fact, it's been working better than it ever has.

The job went very well. My gate would not close without lifting it up. They reset the posts with concrete and leveled the gate and it is working great. <br />

On the side of the yard said it was because of the grade and slope. I bought that explanation. However the top is flat and the rest of the top sections are flush except this one. I have called and emailed and was told it would be taken care of. Last contact was in November. They have been paid in full . I tried to schedule my work to be home while they were working. They would just show up without a phone call or email.

An eight foot section of PVC fence was taken down buy a very large branch. He was able to repair it to like new condition. I sent him many pictures with dimensions and he was able to put it back together without having to replace it with a new panel. The fence I had was a discontinued style. He saved me money and didn't have to replace it with something that would not match. I'd recommend him to anyone. <br />

DMA Solutions did a great job start to finish.  DMA's Ken Throckmorton was very courteous, professional and competent.  He showed up promptly for our appointment to get an estimate to replace the damaged section of dog fencing.  On his own during this estimate, he discovered that some hinges on some of the gates were damaged due to freezing and thawing cycles.  He said this would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and agreed to order the necessary hinges (no charge as under warranty) and install them (for a very reasonable amount). <br /> Ken agreed to temporarily install a barrier to keep our dogs from getting loose through the broken section of fencing.  He promptly came back a day or so later and installed this temporary barrier. <br /> Ken ordered the need dog fence section from the PVC fence manufacturer.  He prompty returned when it came in and installed in it less than 30 minutes despite the rough terrain it's located in.  Again, he promptly returned when the hinges came in and installed them. <br /> Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with Ken's workmanship and work ethic. <br />   <br />

Everything went well with work.  Jason, the crew chief, and his workers were meticulous and completed the job to our satisfaction.
