DMC CONSTRUCTION

I can't say enough good things about DMC Contractors and the work they did at our home. They started early every day, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day, stuck with the project continuously from start to finish and the work they did is simply beautiful. The crew were friendly and respectful of our home and our family. I was sad to see them go at the end of the project. Just terrific! A+

Working with DMC construction was a dream. We had no idea where to start with a project this large and Dominic and Matt walked us through each step. They guided us through the blue prints and the permit process. They coordinated all aspects of the building. Their workmanship is nothing short of perfection. During construction, we were given suggestions to improve the layout of the interior that we never thought of and it made such a difference. The finishes on each room are only found with high end construction. We are ecstatic with the results. We plan on booking DMC on future remodels to the main house. The entire project was all handled during COVID delays in materials and they still finished on their projected timeline. DMC Construction is a five star business!

Amazing! These guys are real professionals! They take one job at a time this we woke up every morning to the sounds of their work. They were very attentive to any request even the weirdest ones. When a problem occurred they came up with few solutions including recommendations. The final result is nothing short of AMAZIN!! We booked these guys to do our master suite next year.

The DMC crew did a great job on our remodel. We had an extensive remodel done. Our entire first floor was remodeled, which included a new kitchen, office, dining room, living room, bar room and a new deck. They crew is punctual, arriving at 7:30 EVERY morning. All of their work was absolutely done with the highest quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend and would certainly work with them again.

Matt & Doms team worked quickly to deliver a quality product. They were very considerate of our home during the time of construction.

My first experience with DMC was when they finished my basement. Matt, Dave, and crew were very knowledgeable and took time to discuss things before decisions were made to ensure a satisfied outcome. Their workmanship and commitment to detail is outstanding! Two years later we called on them again for a home renovation and master suite addition. They are punctual (neighbors actually commented on their work ethic), knowledgeable, accommodating (other contractors wanted us to move out but DMC set up temporary living arrangements to help us stay in our home). The final project exceeded our expectations!

exceeded my expectations! Beautifully done . I'm so pleased with the results 45

Once again, DMC to the rescue......this was our third experience over the past two years with Matt and company's help. We continue to enjoy our renovated kitchen, porch repairs, and now bathroom and foundation repairs. Our 1929 home requires knowledgeable maintenance that DMC knows how to provide! Their work is outstanding, reliable and affordable!

It was really good. Very commending. Always on time. Explain themselves very clearly. Tight work. and attention to details. They clean up after themselves. Everything was perfect.

Very happy with the work. They were easy to work with as issues came up during construction and they worked with us to find solutions.

Went as expected, quoted us a six week job and they started and finished as expected. Very professional and would definetly use again!

Matt and his crew turned our antiquated(over forty year old) kitchen into a modern totally updated beauty! DMC dealt with the many challenges presented by this renovation to bring all up to present-day code. We are delighted with his craftsmanship and highly recommend DMC! Thanks, Matt and company!!

<p><br /></p> <p>At last, I have finally found a contractor that I can trust, does excellent work of the highest degree of quality and communicates well throughout the entire project.</p> <p>Do not waste your time searching for other contractors or numerous bids.  Start with DMC Construction and know that you will receive a fair price for quality work from quality people.</p> <p>DMC Construction completed a master bedroom addition above our garage.  My worst fear is the addition would look like an addition.  Not only does the addition not look like an addition, our house now looks like a custom built house all for a price much less than custom building a new house.</p> <p>From the initial planning stages, throughout the construction process all the way to completion, the communication from DMC Construction was the best I have ever received from a contractor.  They would make recommendations but would always leave the decision up to my wife and I for the final word.</p> <p>Not only is DMC Construction's crew polite and professional they are tidy, cleaning up the work site every day to the point of broom cleaning the exterior.  </p> <p> I definitely will use DMC Construction for all future needs on our home.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /></p>

We have been very happy with them. That is why we have used them multiple times. We plan to use them again in the near future for a bathroom remodel and new doors.

First job:  went well for the 2-story kitchen addition with deck. All work performed to satisfaction. Stucco matched house that is 17 years old! A feat that is tough to do! Price went a little over budget but worth every penny. <br /> Second job: 3-car garage with 2nd floor master bedroom addition also went well over quoted price but again, well worth it. These guys strive to do the best work within a reasonable time. If your attention is to detail you will be pleased with their work!  <br /> Extremely satisfied and recommend DMC for those looking for quality work at a reasonable price!

DMC was responsive to plans, schedule and changes. The team was prompt, courteous and professional. They were recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended them to friends.

We contacted DMC Construction in the fall of 2015 to get an estimate for a simple porch on the side of our home.  Dom, the owner of the company, arrived on time, listened to what are needs were(budget-wise as well),  made several suggestions, and provided us with an affordable estimate.   We accepted the estimate and were looking for construction to start the following year.  Fast forward to March 2016.  Contacted DMC Construction to schedule construction.  Within a few days, I was contacted by Matt to discuss a few job details before construction.   He was out that Friday(3/4) to scope out the job site.  Less than a week later (3/10), construction began.  Matt and his crew were professional, courteous, on time, and efficient.  In two days,  the patio base was excavated and the rough framing erected.  The patio was poured on Saturday.  Matt and crew spent a good part of their Saturday getting the concrete work done.  Matt even came by on Sunday to make sure the gutters, that had been removed previously, were reinstalled and open areas covered with plastic for impending rain. The following week, Matt and crew were back, in the rain and mud, to complete the roofing and fascia.  After the work was completed, the entire work site was cleaned up and ready for final inspection.  We had the final inspection on 3/29 and passed (no doubt there).  Overall, we are extremely pleased with quality workmanship, work ethic,  and professionalism that DMC Construction displayed on this job.  The township inspector even noted that DMC Construction was pleasant and easy to work with.  We are inclined to agree. <br />

The quality of work was very good. But, the duration of time it took to complete the project was longer than expected, due to delays in getting materials.

Process was smooth. We supplied our own Tile and fixtures. <br />

I must have gotten 13 quotes done for the replacement of our deck. Our project is somewhat a little more complicated then just putting a deck up as we have a structure under the deck. It has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with. We had to figure out how to replace our 16 x 18 deck which was never put up correctly in the 1st place. Some people even told us our project was far too big for them. We found that DMC was the most professional as well as the most informative as to how we can build this deck and make it structurally sound. They came back to answer questions I had and took the time to explain things to myself and my husband.  Now that the deck is completed we couldn’t be happier. It is absolutely beautiful and I am looking forward to spending some time out here with my family.

WORK WAS DONE WELL; REASONABLY PRICED.
