Amazing customer service - I purchased new front door and sidelight. When Doug arrived, he found it was the wrong size and he told me the size I needed. I returned door + sidelight and order the right size. Doug came back out after I received new door and sidelight and removed old door and sidelight and installed the new one. He didn't charge anything for the first trip or for coming back out. The installation was done well and looks great. <br />

A very nice young man, he arrived on time and I explained what a prior contractor had done. He gave me pointers and tips and told me what he thought needed to be done and quickly and efficiently did it. Happy with the result and would hire DMC again.

Doug did an excellent job of painting our house....he was fast, precise, and did an excellent job. <br /> I have also used him for a couple of other inside jobs and he did an excellent job for us.  I highly recommend Doug. <br /> <br />

It wasn’t good.  He didn’t fix everything that he said he would fix.  I wasn’t satisfied.  He was professional.

Went well <br />

Door Replacement - more work than originally thought but was due to change in codes requiring fire rated door. Since an interior door was being replaced with an exterior door there was a size difference which required reframing the door jam. They walked me through the process of why and how and proceeded. <br /> Deck repairs - more damage that orginally known as structural members were not exposed. Once exisitng stairs were remove there was considerable rot. Offered alternate solutions for handrail. Discussed material options. Provided game plan for repair. Purchased needed materials. Deck repairs completed and handrail added. <br /> Existing electrical outlet changed out to provide plug for garage door opener that had been installed using an extension cord. <br /> The work was more time intense but they stuck with the job until completed in the same in order to work with my travel schedule. <br /> Great all around knowledge of the construction trades. Methodical and kept a clean job site. Kept me up to speed on each project. <br /> Would not hesitate to hire for other work.

Doug was very friendly and professional.  The job took a little longer than expected, but that was not a big deal.  I feel like they wanted to do a high quality job and not rush to meet a timeline.  Doug and his teammate did a great job!  We are very happy with the work they did. <br />

He was amazing.  It was very good.  He was not able to do the major work in getting in the shower but he as much as he could.

Provider was out of state initially when first purchased, so wasn't able to get him booked until a month+ later, which was not a big deal for me, but understand the inconvenience if needed immediately.  He was very punctual on the day that we scheduled and completed what was asked of him in a timely, professional manner.  I reimbursed him for items he purchased to complete the job but was not given the receipt for myself.  I purchased the 'Big Deal' of $99 for 4 hours of work, but was done in less then 2 hours (And not worth the $99 spent) and when I called to ask about the other two hours he said it's not really worth the drive from Peyton to the Springs for him (Although, there's nothing on the deal saying all services to be rendered at once).  Nice guy and did good work but probably will never hire him for anything else, as he is apparently more interested in saving himself (gas) money then fulfilling his obligations.  Unfortunately, this 'Big Deal' was NOT a great deal for me!  If you do use this contractor for the 'Big Deal', just be sure you have several projects lined up so you can get the full benefit of 'Deal'. <br />
