DM Cleaning Inc.

DM Cleaning had good intention, but was unable to deliver as promised. Staff was energetic, prompt and enthusiastic. DM did a great job in addressing break in dryer air duck. DM was unable to clean our hardwood floors. We eventually did our own research (called the wood manufacturer) to identify the proper guidancein how to clean the floors. Area rugs were cleaned off premise and returned damp/wet. We were unable to place them back on our hardwood floors and had to place them in our garage to dry out. Note, not all area rugs were cleaned as promised. DM did not properly cleanup after the air ducts were cleaned, we had to go to several rooms and clean up some of the debris left from the vents. There was considerable confusion over what was paid for versus what was delivered. We had high hopes in working with DM Cleaning, but where left dissappointed. Good intentions, but short on delivery.

The carpet cleaner was an hour late. He spent an hour and a half in my apartment. He said before leaving that the carpet was clean and would look clean. Two days later, when the carpet dried I noticed that there were areas that still looked dirty. When I vacuumed the carpet the cannister filled up with dirt and carpet fibers. When I called DM Cleaning to complain I was told that they don't vacuum before shampooing. I asked the person at DM that if the carpet was clean would dirt still be in the carpet? It seems reasonable to me that the carpet should have been dirt free. Basically, she she could not answer my question.

It went very well. I am grateful for the courtesy and advice of customer service. The gentleman that cleaned the ducts at my home arrived on time, explained and prepared me for his services, then did an excellent job completing the challenging task!

The tech (who consequently is the owner) did a fantastic job. He arrived punctually, and was very communicative. My wife was at home when he arrived and she raved about his thoroughness and attention to detail. We hope this treatment and disinfecting of our couch will do the trick (vomit on couch - really bad - ugh!!). Thanks for a great job!

Darryl arrived at the time agreed upon. He takes pride in the quality of his work and was very professional. <br> <br> The floors looked great, just like new!! <br> <br> <br>Would highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

Darryl arrive on time and completed a thorough cleaning of our tile in kitchen, laundry and mud rooms.  Floors looked so great, that I requested he also include our sunroom.  The floors looked so fresh and new that my husband wasn't sure it was the same house! I would absolutely recommend Darryl and would use him again. <br />

'Came as scheduled; went over deal, PLUS other things I needed doing...delighted to find he could take care of those too. <br /> Agreed on price--he cleaned in house rugs, spent 2 hours cleaning tile floor (needed going over 3 times); took orientals and throw rugs, returned 8 days later...they looked great!  Moved furniture, helped put them back in place. <br /> I was VERY impressed.  Found him to be friendly, proactive, forthcoming, reliable, very reasonably priced.  I was really surprised how how he worked getting the tiled kitchen floor properly cleaned.  He went over it, let it dry; not good enough!  Over it again...and again! No extra cost...he said he had to "get it right"! <br /> Only minor down sides--a) orientals had to be done elsewhere, waited 8 days to get them back; b) cotton Indian throw-rug came back with edges a touch frayed, and not looking brand new (although a lot better than when he took it), and he explained and apologized for not being able to do a better job with it, <br /> For this kind of work, I'd certainly recommend him very highly, and would go to him first. <br />

They did okay. I wasn't really impressed with their work. They could have done a better job. I didn't notice that much of a difference in cleaning.

arrived promptly .  professional. personable. did a good job cleaning the (30 year old) rug, looks great... just a couple stubborn spots left. <br />
