"Our Company sincerely apologizes for the outcome of this situation. Our company did however repay a portion of the $2000.00 back in Cash and the remaining portion back in work. We charged $400.00 per room in this situation and only owed this client $1500.00. Therefore we painted 4 rooms which is $1600.00 in services rendered. We contracted to paint a few other rooms, but did not paint those rooms, as our schedule was filling up, and we didnt have the manpower to finish. So, in theory our debt was repaid to the client, and we feel we did no wrongdoing."
"Thank you, you and your husband were a pleasure to work with."
"Hello, My name is David Meyer and I do not have to defend myself, however, I will say that I have every record of correspondence with , and with what she is writing here is a complete fabrication, and anyone who wants to hire our company, can have complete access to these records of correspondence. Our company has never received a bad review, until working with this client. As my employees were doing their jobs, came right in behind them and started painting her walls, and we were not even finished with the ceilings. She was constantly in the way, as well as used our tools and even rented a drill from one of my employees for $40.00, Andrew only argued with , when she wanted our crew to do things not discussed or even agreed upon in the scope of work. also began tearing up and pulling off wallpaper and other things making a huge complete mess, so defining what was ours and what was hers was next to impossible. Our company has 9 shop vacs and 2 were on the job. So with this review from , I nor my company pay any regard to this outlandish and idiotic review. Our results re in our work, and our work speaks for its self. I mean honestly, we've been around for nearly 10 years and have only gotten one fabricated review. Decide for yourself, if you want to follow this review. Thanks David Meyer DMI Painting Group 913-638-3123"
