This work was not inspected so I can't speak to the quality, but they were very responsive and started work same day I called. Still, the price seemed high considering that no animals had to be removed. Had some difficulty getting proper invoices, which is a sore point I have with many vendors.

There was a slight hiccup with my appointment time. My appointment was for 9AM, but 9AM came and went. I called to see if it was my mistake on jotting down date & time. Jeffrey mentioned that it was on their end when they took my information, but they could have someone out soon. The slight misunderstanding was cleared and service was performed. Happy that no initial service fee was charged.

I have used these guys twice for rodents in the attic of my rental property. The first time was great. They were prompt and effective. Unfortunately another rodent got in due to some holes near the fireplace. It took a long time to get those repaired but once I did I asked DM to remove the dead animal from my wall. Joseph came out but never contacted me. No work was performed and I called the owner a couple of times to see when they could come back out. Each time, I was told that I should get a call soon to schedule the service. That never happened though. I'm disappointed. They were great when they actually did the work. <br />
