I came to them with an aggressive deadline and a full deck replacement project — tear out the old deck, install a new Trex deck with a drink rail, new staircase and railing, and a privacy wall. They knocked it all out in about two weeks, and still finished with time to spare. I genuinely couldn’t believe it. Beyond the speed, the quality of the work is stunning. Andrew is fantastic. He is dependable and does quality work. Andrew put a new railing and pagoda on my deck. He made a few suggestions that I embraced. I have never worked with a more efficient and professional contractor. From the beginning to the end Andrew kept me updated with what he was doing. He showed up daily until the deck was completed. He made sure the deck would work with my backyard set up. He was able to do what needed done without asking me for ideas, which I absolutely loved. He added in small jobs to help my backyard look better. Him and his wife are beautiful people. No complaints. You will definitely get what you pay for. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you! Andrew has skills! I needed a custom rebuild for the deck on my 100 year old house. Andrew took our requests into consideration and offered suggestions to make the deck and steps better than before. Beautiful and meticulous work. Very happy with my new deck, stairs and ramp. Everything was left clean and neat each day after work. Would recommend.

This was a tricky project. The concrete porch needed to be demoed first and then it needed a permit from borough before deck could be actually installed. There were other details like supporting a wooden deck against a concrete slab and making sure deck is in level with the entry door. Andrew handled this exceptionally well and made sure the deck is created up to code and to inspectors satisfaction. Very happy with the end result. He is definitely a quality contractor. I would recommend and hire him again

We hired Andrew to build a fence in the back yard. He was easy to communicate with, very friendly, and his work was high quality. He built a beautiful fence with gates and fence caps that illuminate at night within a week. He works very hard and does a fantastic job. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I wanted to add to my review for the replacement of our old dilapidated wood deck. Andrew replaced it with a Timber Tech deck and railing system.The color is so beautiful, it is called French white oak. He worked with us on the layout and design. He added a set of stairs with a cement slab at the base of the stairs. He even painted the frame of our deck to match the timber tech color and the new porch supports. We get a lot of compliments from our neighbors on the deck.

Andrew did several jobs for us replacing our shadow box pine wood fence, he fixed our cement slab on our porch, gave us new sturdy wooden supports, and replaced 2 stone walls on either side of our porch. He replaced our old wood deck with a beautiful timber tech deck and railing. He added stairs to the deck and poured a cement slab at the base of the stairs. He also poured a new cement slab for our pool filter. He helped us to add an outside electrical line for our pool filter. He was a hard worker and everything turned out beautifully. We get a lot of compliments on our fence, deck and porch.

We hired Andrew to replace our dilapidated wood deck with a new Timber Tech deck. It was a total transformation. We added a set of steps down the 1 side, it looks beautiful and we have received a lot of compliments from our neighbors.

First and foremost what a wonderful job was done by D&M Properties did rebuilding my deck. This was the first major project I have done to my home since buying it where I was extremely apprehensive as to what the experience would be like from friends and colleagues sharing stories about contractors lack of commitment and reliability once they secured a “job.” Let me just share that Andrew with his son Daryn, never missed an appointment and kept me in the loop on a daily basis if weather was going to play a factor in progress to build my deck as well as taking pictures every day when I had to leave my home. My deck was old and starting to rot where Andrew suggested a composite product which requires minimal maintenance. He also made recommendations but ultimately let me make the final call. I found being candid with this military veteran delivered the best communication style and shared my skepticism, Andrew never let me down and delivered the project one day earlier than anticipated. Andrew treated this project like it was his own home he was working on. I am more than happy to speak to anyone about my awesome experience with D&M and beautiful new deck.

Andrew is a great contractor! He did our shower and he took time to complete his job until I am satisfied. He always showed up on time and friendly. I am very happy with my shower and I will definitely use again for future projects and will highly recommend to others.
