We hired DMV Kitchen and Bath for a major kitchen and sunroom remodel, and the before-and-after transformation is incredible. Our old kitchen was narrow, dark, and closed off from the rest of the house. It is now bright, open, functional, and beautiful, with blue cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplash, a large island, updated lighting, new appliances, and much better flow. One of the most impressive parts of the project was what they did with the original brick arches. Before the remodel, the arches were only visible from the sunroom side; the other side had been covered up. They preserved the arches and exposed them from both sides, turning them into a true architectural feature of the home. That detail alone made the whole space feel more open, intentional, and connected while still honoring the character of the house. I never write reviews because it's so rare to come across a business that is worth the time and effort. But Javier and his team at DMV Kitchen and Bath are the exception. I could not be happier with the work they did. They built a new laundry room onto the back of our house and it's exactly what we wanted. Apart from holidays, they were at our house Mondays through Saturdays working on our project. They did not stop until the project was done. We really felt like they prioritized our project the whole time. They are also super friendly, responsive, and communicative. And every time something unexpected came up, they immediately addressed it. They even fixed a leaking gutter on the back of our house because it was dripping and freezing on a new staircase they built. Their estimate came in a little higher than other estimates we got, but the quality of their work and the attention they give to your project is SO worth it. Highly recommended!

DMV did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and we are very happy with the finished product. The design process was a pleasant one, with the DMV team providing very helpful input that allowed a true team approach between us and their team. The process went smoothly because of the large variety of options that we could see and compare in their showroom and their expertise with 3-D image feedback. They were very transparent about pricing and timing and both cost and time projections were met very closely. Their crew was very skilled and extremely careful to keep everything clean. They did an excellent job with every aspect of the work inspected and cleared by team managers. Finally they were a pleasure to work with from a communication and results perspective. I have already been recommending them to people.

DMV has been excellent in kitchen and bath remodeling. They did a wonderful job renovating our two baths and kitchen in 2014. Their customer care and pricing is commendable. More recently in 2024 we had more remodeling tasks done by DMV under excellent supervision of Jordi. Even now when we need some minor improvements needed Jordi is very helpful to find time to get it done. We strongly recommend DMV for kitchen and bath remodeling .They are excellent under the management of Javier, and exceptional onsite supervision by Jordi!

DMV Kitchen And Bath is the finest contractor we have ever worked with. We have flipped several homes that we lived in and they have been exceptional in every way! Javier is detailed,, thorough, intelligent, thoughtful, and a man of his word. As for his crew, they are amazing. Not only do they master their craft, they work quietly, constantly clean up after themselves put drop cloth down when needed cover the staircases. They are an amazing team and you are blessed to have them in your home. They are trustworthy and they get in to the job and get out. They ask questions, they speak very good English and if you speak Spanish, that’s just a plus. My husband wanted to make sure that I mentioned that the follow up on the phone calls and emails is superb. You will not be disappointed. DMV were the contractors for a series of renovation projects in my home -- renovate a powder room, complete renovation of the kitchen, renovate a closet space, install a skylight, repaint several rooms and the staircase, and refinish the floors upstairs. Javier and the crew were outstanding: very communicative throughout the project, attentive to my concerns and the integrity of the house, and very accommodating with my neighbors. Javier offered many helpful suggestions for tiling, fixtures, and colors. I'm thrilled with the results -- the quality and precision of the work is excellent, and the skylight has transformed my home and my life. Perhaps the most amazing aspect of the project is that I could not be on site as I was posted overseas during the work. I had to trust Javier and his team completely to carry out the work without my hands-on presence. My trust was well-placed. Awful, awful experience. A true nightmare. They charged tens of thousands of dollars and messed up basically every aspect of our bathroom remodel. Given multiple opportunities to fix their problems, they did not. Extremely sloppy, low quality work. The work on the bathroom was clearly done by someone who has never seen a bathroom or used one, much less built one before. The shower leaks, the tile was so crooked and bumpy it had to be ripped out twice, the radiators were badly reinstalled and dripped water down through the floors into to kitchen below, the walls and ceilings they built are not straight or square, the sink handles immediately fell off, they caused a $1000 plumbing clog and our basement to flood with sewage by flushing construction debris down our toilet. Instead of replacing pipes, they kept the old pipe which we had asked them to replace, and then tried to hide and cover it up. They would also show up unannounced and let themselves into our home on days when they had not told us they would be coming or that we were supposed to expect anyone to be in our house. So on multiple occasions I would hear an unexpected noise and I'd look over and see someone in my house who I had never seen before in my life. And every time we raised an issue to them, they either ghosted us or tried to convince us it was fine and that their work had been done correctly. I have pictures to document all of these issues. I will never let anyone from DMV enter my house again and I will tell everyone I can to never do business with this company. Scammers, liars, incompetent, I hope they go out of business.

It is my pleasure to review DMV kitchen and bath. They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Their communication was very strong from beginning to finish, their initial plan recommendations were excellent, they made several recommendations to not only make the job better, but also make it more cost effective along the way. They were reliable and consistent, and very genuine, "real" people. I have to imagine there will be very high demand for their services. I can’t recommend highly enough. Very timely, excellent communication, quick and high-quality professional work at a competitive price.

DMV Kitchen & Bath recently completed a major renovation of our Master Bath. We had initially contracted with them a few years ago to renovate our kitchen, so we knew the professionalism and reliability that they bring to a project. Javier and his teams are professional, courteous, quiet, and dependable. Our bathroom is beautiful!

DMV Kitchen and Bath just finished the second project at our home. The first in late 2022 was a major upgrade and enlargement of a primary bathroom and creation of a walk-in closet. We love it and it turned out gorgeous. The second project was finished in November 2024 and the results are even better. We needed to repair a room in the basement that had had water damage. We decided to include a variety of other updates for our home at the same time. DMV worked closely with us to bring our vision into existence. In the basement we now have a new fourth bedroom, including 2 large new closets along with new lighting, paint and doors in other rooms on that level. The large laundry room was gutted with new kitchen cabinets and pantries installed along with new lighting. The other 2 bathrooms in the house were upgraded to the same vanities and cabinets as the primary bathroom. Javier provided great assistance helping us with the design, selection of materials, and practicality of various ideas and solutions. David, as leader of the construction crew, was exceptionally good at communicating with us and coordinating and supervising all of the workers involved in the project. David and his staff did great work. We are very pleased with the final project. We highly recommend DMV.

I was impressed with the overall transaction and the actual work performed. Project managers Javier and Frank were friendly and informative. The person who did 90% of all the actual work (William) was exceptional. He a no nonsense type of guy and excels in all facets of the job. My wife and I love the finished product.

DMV did a wonderful job on our remodeled master bathroom. Ivan was very skilled in the remodeling project. Ivan was able to complete the project start to finish. Ivan’s skills are the best I have seen in remodeling work. The new bathroom is luxurious and feels like an exclusive expensive hotel bathroom. I would recommend DMV and Ivan to do your next project. Lucas and the DMV team did a great job with our master bathroom remodeling. Easy to work with, high quality work, and much less expensive than other estimates.

DMV was the first of 6 contractors that I had spoken with to completely remodel my kitchen. They were prompt, to the point, and quick to give a design and a quote. I liked their input and ideas, but surfed around for another month, worked with an architect and several other designers, and evetually came back to what DMV had designed from the beginning. (Wish I had skipped the pricey architect!) They gave good advice on things that seemed so simple (cabinet pulls) but were overwhelming when you looked at all of the possible options. The job only took 18 days (though the space was "easy" since my basement is unfinished and they had easy access to move pipes, wiring and ducts. My electric panel also had a lot of space in it and did not require any crazy upgrade.) The only minor delays were my fault as I took some time mulling over a few things. My neighbors commented that the workers were extremely courteous, clean, and quiet and did not disturb them throughout the project. My kitchen renovation did not change the footprint, however, I did move an extrerior door and changed the size and placement of a new window. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule and on budget. Everything was kept clean while in process and I was really not inconvenienced by not haing a workable kitchen very much at all. Javier, Lucas, Alex and John were great at communicating and they were on time or early every day. I highly recommend them.

This was our first renovation project in an 80 year old house; we had a primary bathroom completely gutted and renovated into one that supported aging in place. Lucas was our project manager and did an incredible job. His communication was SUPERB and their bid was one of the best of 6 companies we compared. Lucas answered every single question we had and made sure we felt confident. The team working in our house, Jacinto and Jefferson, were so talented, kind and meticulous. Our house was always left incredibly clean and we were given the opportunity to ask questions every single day. This company is second to none. We can't wait to plan our next project.

DMV was terrific! They remodeled my basement, guest bath, powder room and built a wine storage area. Superb professionals - on time, on budget - I was kept informed every step of the way and they adapted quickly to any changes I had. I would hire them again and give them my highest recommendation!

These guys were great! We selected them because they were reasonably priced, but they were also fast and professional. They renovated two bathrooms and were done in 3 weeks with both bathrooms. And they even came back immediately when I contacted them for minor repairs that, with other contractors, have taken weeks to resolve.

DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality materials throughout, not builder-grade. This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. Each time they have done superior work when it comes to: • Doing service properly on first try • Promptness • Letting you know cost early • Neatness of work • Pleasantness • Advice on service options and costs • Overall quality • Prices I cannot recommend DMV Kitchen and Bath more highly. All three times, it’s been a hassle-free experience with excellent results. They’ve exceeded my (high) expectations every time.

I had 2 bathrooms upgraded by DMV Kitchen and Bath, and I couldn’t be happier. Lucas, the designer and overseer of the project, as well as his team were a pleasure to work with and were very flexible. Communication was excellent from initial design to completion. Lucas assisted me in choosing the products and made the selection so easy for me. I have absolutely no complaints. The workers were prompt, worked efficiently, and were very skilled. When something did come up, I was consulted, and the issue was taken care of quickly and without question. The men even did a little extra in one of the bathrooms, and I was so appreciative. Lucas and his men were very professional, detail oriented, and respected me as well as my home. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
