Excellent. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They came early everyday and when they left the areas where they worked were spotless. They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth. OMG! Luis and his crew were absolutely incredible. Luis communicated daily during the project, sometimes multiple calls or texts a day. He gave a very detailed line-item proposal, discussed less expensive alternatives, he had a vision and a timeline. He completed our new flooring ahead of schedule, which was great because we rented an Airbnb to avoid our dogs from going crazy, and we were able to move back in quicker. Fantastic job with our new deck, new concrete patio and walkways. It’s hard to find good contractors. We’ve had our fair share of less than stellar contractors, but Luis and his team at DMV Pro Services exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was addressed. He even hired a cleaning crew to clean the inside of our home- we didn’t ask for it, but we sure appreciate it. Luis runs a tight ship and he’s able to offer better quotes because he takes the time to really dig into the costs for materials and time. I can’t say enough good things about him. We will be hiring him again soon. You should definitely give him a call to discuss your next project!!

We had our master and hall baths completely gutted and rebuilt. We bid the project out to several companies, and DMV was immediately the most helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!

They did a great job remodeling my bathroom

DMV Pro Services is very reasonably priced for replacing my standing shower with a retail shower kit. The shower installation was about half the cost of 2 other custom bath companies. Luis and his crew were able to start the project 2 weeks after giving the estimate. Their work came with a 1 year labor warranty and 3 year waterproofing warranty. We are happy with the installation and highly recommend based on affordability, timeliness, quality of work, and professionalism!

Everything was smooth from beginning to end. My wife changed her mind about the color they were painting and it was no problem. They asked for the new color and repainted the walls. My bathroom looks amazing with new tub,vanity and flooring.

DMV Pro Services are very honest and fair company. The team was very professional and polite, they listened to my concerns and worked with me to establish the kitchen that we wanted. We will definitely hire them again, matter of fact we already have three more jobs lined up for them.

They're very professional, the owner of the company Luis, he's the one that came out, there was no middle man, there was no salesperson, whatever we wanted he agreed to, very honest person, him and his team their quote was, whatever makes you happy. they cleaned up behind themselves each time they came out, he sent cleaning crew, he had a cleaning company came out, which was very nice of him, I mean he was just more concerned about making me happy than anything else. I already gave my neighbor his information so my husband and I are very pleased. The work that they did was over and beyond.

If I could give these guys 50 stars, I would. From the proposal (which was MUCH more detailed than the 4 other quotes we received), all the way to final cleanup, they were professional, thorough, detail oriented, and the project managers kept in contact with us every step of the way to keep us informed of the schedule, and to make sure we were satisfied. I wouldn’t even hesitate to call Luis and his crew again for any future projects.

Absolutely great service and my deck looks brand new

The team came in and did an excellent job in restoring my deck. It looks better than it did 20 years ago. While they were working on the deck, I had an issue with a leak in my bathroom that damaged the kitchen ceiling. They came in assessed and fixed the leak, and repaired the ceiling...all while ALSO completing the deck project in time. I can't say enough on how great of a job they did. I would highly recommend them!

The porch looks like new. They replaced rotted wood at the chimney that was not visible from the ground without having to be prompted to do so. They are receptive to suggestions and requests when their work is reviewed. They adjusted their schedule for painting because of the changing weather to be sure there was enough cure time after they were done painting. They chose the very best combination of days for the paint.

I was amazed at how well they painted the shutters and door frames. The color was a complete match. The painters gave my home a new look that I will enjoy for years to come. Thanks for the new look. My mother loves the color and said it gave the house uplifting appeal.
