DeWayne and Anthony at DNA Heating & Cooling were excellent! Weeks before they began working on my home DeWayne answered my many, many questions to give me greater peace of mind about the particular unit I was purchasing and how they would be installing it along with the ductwork system. While working on the unit they were always super professional, kind, and worked very hard to figure out some tricky things particular to my home and how it was built. it's very clear that they're both extremely knowledgable and using their knowledge to help people get the best bang for their buck! i'm extremely thankful that i chose DNA Heating & Cooling to replace my HVAC Unit, ductwork system and work on several other projects. I'm confident no one else out there could have knocked out as many of my home repairs at such a good price and quality of work and materials used. Please do use them for any of your HVAC needs!

Our 28 year old heat pump stopped heating this past Friday during one of those TN cold snaps. Our longtime HVAC service tech has recently relocated to Atlanta?. Enter Dwayne Price. Sunday evening I chose DNA from Angie's list (A rating, local and excellent reviews). I submitted a request and received a callback from Dwayne within 10 minutes! Fast forward (understatement) to Monday afternoon. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He also arrived with a plan based on our discussion Sunday evening. His diagnosis proved to be correct and within an hour our unit was back up and running! In my opinion, the job would have been completed faster had I not talked his ear off during the process?. I would & will recommend DNA to everyone. Dwayne has earned a permanent client but more importantly he earned our trust and respect. Excellent service! AWESOME individual!
