DNA Heating & Cooling, Inc. Very professional. I highly recommend Andrew and his team. DNA Heating & Cooling was the answer to my 4 month long saga. They showed up on time - got it done quickly with a minimum of fuss and filth. Everyone was professional and genuinely nice.

Very professional company, they called before their arrival as they stated they would. Once they arrived they were courteous, respectful and did very clean work. The company from the start of the process was very responsive and even after the work was done they called to check on the system and see how I was doing. I didn’t get the the feeling that they were here to for a quick buck like other contractors Ive worked with in the past. Very enjoyable process throughout.

I was in need of a replacement system, but was really afraid of having people in my home during Covid. From the first phone call I was put at ease as I was informed that DNA will show up with masks, gloves and booties. I scheduled an appointment, and was told I would receive a phone call and/or text message 30 mins prior to arrival. Well, Andrew did not disappoint, he made sure to keep his distance and even offered to sit in the patio to go over some options. Once we sat down he educated us on some air filtration products. We were able to chose the system that fit our budget, and I fell in love with the Lennox pure air filtration. We decided to move forward and later that week we had the system installed. When I say they went above and beyond protecting our home from dust and debris thats an understatement. The had plastic on walls, drop cloths on floors, wore their mask, and gloves throughout the whole job. Once they left I didn’t have to clean anything up. Its has been a few months since the install and I can totally tell the difference of our air quality. I have recommended them to everyone.

We had no heat, and we had other companies come out and they said we had to replace our system. DNA heating and cooling came out and recommended we replace our system, but did offer other options. We opted to repair versus replace for the time being and the system has worked thus far. We would highly recommend this company as they were gloves, masks and booties over there shoes. The technician was extremely thorough with the unit, and he was able to communicate with me so I was able to understand and make an informed decision. When it comes time to replace our system we will definitely be using this company they have our business for life.

Our AC unit went out late at night. I contacted DNA the next morning, sent a video of the noise the unit was making. They came over later that day, ran diagnostics and confirmed it was a burned out capacitor. Considering that most business are loosening up on COVID regulations, it’s nice to know that this company is still practicing clean safety measures (gloves, masks, etc.). I appreciated the honesty and fair pricing. Doesn’t push to sell you something that you don’t need.

I highly recommend this company. Right from the start, Andrew (the owner) was responsive and communicative. I had him come out twice as I got direction from the HOA, and he provided me with all the information I needed. They showed up when they said they would, did the work well and carefully, and cleaned up after each day. The guys who worked in my place were Andrew and Anthony. They are both knowledgeable and efficient. They coordinated the work with our roofer (we were having the roof redone on the building at the same time), and the whole process was easy and pleasant. They use Mitsubishi equipment, which is the gold standard, and they are more affordable than larger companies. Honestly this was not a big job for them, but they were great, like this was their most important job of all the jobs. My place is now wonderfully climate controlled. Use this company.

My experience with DNA was good. They were professional. They were on time. They were helpful. They explained everything to me in advance. They cleaned up well. I would recommend them highly whenever people needed heating and cooling. They were honest. They were efficient. I would definitely use them again. The owner sent me young tech were really good. The owner went in my house to fix some problem and he didn't charge me.

Very positive experience with Andrew at DNA. He provided me multiple solutions to help correct our heating system issues given the age of our home. We ultimately replaced our unit and I have never seen more care taken by a contractor to help keep our home clean and free from dirt and dust. Every time DNA would enter my home they wear shoe covers; when they replaced the furnace they installed temporary plastic sheeting walls to isolate the mess from the install to a minimal area which they also cleaned after completion. As I mentioned, the cleanest contract work I have ever had. Additionally, very well mannered and great attitude. I would hire them again without shopping for quotes.

Andrew is excellent at anything he does. He is a perfectionist and professional from the beginning of the job to the end. I would not hesitate for a second to highly recommend.

Our heater broke in the middle of winter, just before my wife started chemotherapy. After getting a bid from a big outfit - who wanted an exorbitant price, and couldn’t get to us for a couple of weeks, Andrew and DNA came to the rescue. Within two days, he and his crew put in a whole new system - including getting the unit off the third story roof of our condo building. We had heat a day before my wife’s therapy started. Andrew’s crew is professional, polite and didn’t leave a speck of dust behind. Totally satisfied and deeply appreciative.
