The company and the owner were Professional and courteous. The install went well and then a crew leader came in to check out the work and had the guys make a couple of tweaks! Loved that. Later when I had a question David responded to my text right away and when I needed it sent out a tech to double check on things for me!

Dealt with the owner, David, throughout. Very straightforward. Best price -- much lower than three other big Dallas area A/C companies I contacted. Work started on the date promised, though they were a little late getting started. Nice guys on the work crew. No damage to house and cleaned up well afterwards. Units have been running great for four months.

Original time for AC replacement was between 8-9 a.m. Kept getting called that day/having to call and workers eventually showed at 5:30 p.m., done close to 9. Other than that, no complaints. Great price. Good service. Love the unit they put in.

Not well. This was an offer to get in to generate revenue. When I told them that I had a home warranty, they backed off on the second unit. I recommend that it should be noted in the offer that customers with home warranty's should not purchase this service.

David installed our new heating and cooling system 2 years ago. He was great! Our house was cooler and our bill was lower - just like everyone says. We had him out this spring for our annual tune up. He offered to insulate our attic again and this time we were ready to do it. He was able to come shortly after we decided and completed the job in August. His offer was very reasonable and professionally done. After the job, he and his helper cleaned up and moved the furniture back as well. I can also tell you we definitely can tell the house is even cooler now with the insulation blown in. My husband and I highly recommend using David with DND Heating and Air. He is dependable, honest, and reasonable with his prices.

Have a three year old system. One of the air conditioners were not working. tech said it was a freon leak. Charged me a ridiculous amount for the refill. Recommended the leak seal product(which is not proper way to repair). All parts are still under warranty, so ordering and changing parts was not an issue for me. The tech was a con-man, charging me $1000 for at most a $600 (maybe even closer to 400) job. I had to call back and complain, and I was given a $175 credit back. The worst part is, that freon leak was not the problem. Less than a month later it stopped working again. I called a different company, and they were able to determine one of the low pressure switches for the air conditioner went bad. They were able to fix for $160. Do not trust this company with any job, they are not honest and clearly do not know what they are doing. Really, a three year old unit needs a $1000 freon refill. They are looking to con people over with their 20 + year of experience bs line.

The reason we offered the leak-seal was because you did not want to do the repair we recommended. We stand by our diagnosis 100%. The low pressure switch likely defected due to the pressure fluctuations of refrigerant. We are very competitive with our refrigerant prices and even offered a partial refund after you called to complain, trying to show good will. We work with our customers to find the most cost effective solutions based on their needs and financial situation, and you indicated at the time that you could not afford the recommended repair. For you to call us con artists is highly offensive and not warranted. Thank you, DND Heatting & Air"

Tech was professional and personable. They offered me a very fair price for the work completed. I learned there was a leak in one of my A/C units and the tech was able to make my system last a bit longer with a sealant, which saved me from having to buy a new AC.

Did a great job and kept our units going - have an older unit they were able to tune up and gave an honest assessment of the life of the old unit without any pushy sales tactics Will definitely reach out to them in the fall when we are shopping for a new unit

David was very friendly and responsive on the phone. He asked questions and I responded as best I could. When he arrived, he checked everything out and determined we needed to replace our thermostat as well as a capacitor on the outside unit. Very efficient and professional. He was also very informative in helping us understand the equipment we own. Would definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend DND Heating & Air Conditioning. David came out quickly to give me a quote after I made the call. He quoted me a fair price, made a commitment to have the work done by Saturday, and kept his word. They were punctual, polite, hard-working, and cleaned up well when they were done. The whole job took only about 3 1/2 hours and the new system is working great!

Very well, communication and explanation of why it was important to install the piece was appreciated. My philosophy is preventative maintenance and not waiting for something to break down before doing something about it. This was the main reason for the installation. I am happy with the service overall.
