TV mount came off the wall less than 1 week after installation. of course the TV crashed too, now i have a 2,000 dollar TV broken

"While I’m not sure the cause of the broken tv. The tv was in fact mounted and the hardware was installed correctly. There was confirmation upon leaving the site."
