The moving men were careful with what they moved,understanding what I wanted and performed efficiently and courteously. The men arrived on time and finished before noon. I was very happy. I would defiantly recommend them .

The 2 men that came to move my furniture we upbeat and helpful. They never stopped for breaks, 5 minute lunch while staanding then kept going. Very impressed. Will hire again on my next move!!

The crew arrived on time and worked very hard. They worked as a team and independently. I was out of breath watching them! They were personable as well as professional. They moved the contents of my summer home into a pod on my property. I will not hesitate to hire them to move the contents from the pod into my home at the end of the renovation. I hope I get the same 3 fellows.

The woman that I worked with to make the arrangements was very helpful and courteous. She kept in contact with me without being pushy. I ended paying less for the move than I thought. The movers came on time and were very efficient. They ended a little bit early so my cost was less. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The entire process was as easy as moving can get from start to finish. I had a short move, taking my furniture and belongings from a house to an apartment 4 miles away. The items needed to be moved from the second floor at one end to the second floor at the other end. I submitted my list online using the provided form so that an accurate estimate could be prepared. The 2 men showed up on moving day toward the beginning of the two hour arrival window. They called half an hour before they arrived. They were pleasant, professional, and moved everything into and out of the van quickly yet carefully. Can't say enough good things about them.

DN Van Lines performed a move for our family at the end of 2011, the customer service (Scott R.) was amazing. The sale of our condo was a headache due to the buyers lender being incompetent, so i kept having to call DN Van lines and push out the move date. They were more flexible than I would have expected and the move itself went well. It does totally depend on the crew you get, and I suggest marking your boxes well, what you want where - and be willing to have the crew put the things where you want. Our crews did this and the guys were a friendly and good bunch. Treat them well, and they'll do the same :). I would recommend and use again (but I hope we stay put for a while!)

The customer service was fantastic from the first contact when I was still shopping for a moving company to the final minute of the job. On moving day the men arrived in the middle of the arrival window provided and called when they were 10 minutes away to give us an additional heads up. They worked hard, were careful with our stuff, were friendly and professional throughout the move. My only frustration was regarding wardrobe boxex: we were told we'd only need 3-4 and the men only had 5 on moving day. We could have used a 6th or 7th and as a result we had to go back to get these on our own the next day. I just wish they'd had more available.

Company was expensive and lost paperwork . Then tried to charge me additional funds on my creditcard with out approval from me. Very sloppy putting items in new space

"Dear Jeremy, I took a look into your file and saw that we moved you from one storage facility to another on November 4th. In your file's notes it said that you were not able to be present for the entire move and could not sign for final payment and therefore asked us to charge your credit card once the service was completed. It also said that we drove out the keys to the storage facility after the job was completed as an additional courtesy. Although we are surprised that you didn't have a good experience, we will use your comments to try and continually improve. Thanks for your business."
