DODGE OVERHEAD DOOR

Garage door tension spring were custom made to the specifications for my heavy garage door. The diameter of the springs steel was different, and had to be made a little longer in providing the same torque. Family owned Dodge doors engineered, produced, and installed the springs consistent with the cost noted on Angie's List. They did this by knocking off the price of the initial service inspection, (which they did not have to do) and made us very happy indeed! I will be recommending Dodge doors to others, and will call them again if I ever have another problem

He explained what was wrong and did an outstanding job.We would highly recommend this company to anyone who were in need of their services. The response was quick. They called before they came as they said they would. They showed up on time, and could not have been nicer. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

I called Dodge based on the high ratings on Angie's list. The lady who answered the phone asked if the door failed with the car in the garage (it did not) and since it was not an emergency we agreed that the repair could be made after the weekend on Monday. I provided her with the information from the data sticker on the Torque Master (model number and other information). Jake showed up at the agreed time on Monday with all of the repair parts and tools needed, made the repairs, lubricated both doors (not only the one he repaired) and made cosmetic repairs to cover where the opener had pulled material off the garage door. He was pleasant and efficient, and charged what he had quoted on arrival. He cleaned up and removed all of the old parts. <br />

We took less than an hour in the showroom to find what we wanted and order. <br /> The doors came in when promised. They arrived at our house when they promised. The doors have worked perfectly since they were installed <br />

Luke was very professional, knew his job and worked efficiently to do the work required to fix the garage door. <br /> <br />

Gary, Joe and Jamie are all great. <br /> I spoke to Gary (the owner) first and then coordinated though his Son Joe to figure out what I needed and work through all the color and style options. Joe was very helpful and glad to answer questions. When my Wife and I finally figured out what we wanted, Joe placed the order and gave us an idea of when everything would come in. We scheduled the install shortly after that. From the time I said Go to the time we did the install was maybe 2 weeks!! After everything came in, Joe called to confirm we were still on for the install as scheduled. <br /> Jamie (Gary's other son) came out to do the install. He was very professional and very happy to be doing what he was doing. He gave the impression that the family business really is a thing that they all enjoy. He worked by himself, pulling out 2 old doors and one opener; and installed 2 new doors and 2 new openers in one day! He worked steadily throughout the day and definitely knew what he was doing. As he was finishing up, Jamie gave me the full rundown on what I had just purchased. He went over operation, safety features, remotes, motion sensors for the lights, maintenance, warranty info, and oh by the way- He said if there is any trouble with the doors or openers, please call. <br /> They stand by the products they sell and stand by their excellent work. <br /> I am very happy with the work done and by the service and quality provided. I can't speak highly enough about the company. They are a family owned and run business, but DEFINITELY not too big or too small for any job you could throw their way. The personal touch really makes the difference. They care and it shows. <br />

Everything went great. From the estimate to the installation, things went smoothly. <br />

The main spring on our two-car garage door broke. They came out and gave an estimate. When a representative returned to repair the door, he did not want to go through our house with his shoes on (because they were wet and dirty) to get to the garage to make the repair. Instead, he retrieved a ladder from the service vehicle and climbed over the fence because he was unable to open the double gate (due to snow accumulation on the ground) to get to the side door of the garage to gain access in order to make the repair. The work was done promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely call them again in the future.

Gary Dodge, Owner and Operator, was with us every step of the way. While building our home Gary came out to give us estimates for the work to be performed, he explained everything in detailed and followed up an estimate with paperwork. Once we decided to use Dodge Garage, they ordered three garage doors and equipment as specified. We informed them as construction was nearing completion and they scheduled a day and time immediately, there was no hold up on their end for any inspections. After we moved into our home and I was having problems with getting it programmed to our vehicle, one of the workers came out to get programmed. The workers are courtesy and professional, Highly Recommend!! <br />
