I posted an ad on Angie and was contacted immediately by the owner of Do Dirty services. I supplied some information about the home I needed to be cleaned and was quoted $350.00 for the service fee. I accepted the offer and we set up a date. When the owner arrived we did a walk through and I pointed out everything I was looking to have cleaned and organized and I left as I had other business to tend to. Upon returning, the house was indeed noticeably cleaner and smelled great; however, the proof is always in the detail. Upon initial inspection, I was satisfied, as time went on I find more and more areas that were not cleaned. 1. The top of the refrigerator. 2. The top of the washer and dryer. 3. The bottom cabinets where the trash cans are placed. 4. The trash cans (garbage and recycling) were not emptied. 5. Some of the walls still had dust on them. 6. Some of the light fixtures still had dust on them. 7. Certain areas of the floor were not swept. 8. Area under the beds were not swept. 9. The bottom side of the living room glass was not cleaned. The list goes on, but those are some of the things I can immediately recall. I contacted the owner and sent pictures every time I found something and I can honestly say that she did offer to come back and rectify the problem(s). However, as I found more and more issues my level of frustration grew and I did not want her back in my house. During a conversation with the owner, I was told that she was not aware that there was furniture in the home so it made her job harder. Not only is that a poor excuse, but before any services were rendered we did a walk through and I was assured that there were no issues. Alas, the excuses always come when there is no accountability. When you pay for a service, you expect to have that service fulfilled. Overall, the vast majority of what I needed to be done was done - there were just areas here and there that I had to spend time fixing. The time that I do not have, which is why I outsourced the responsibility of cleaning. Would I recommend this business? Yes, I would to some degree - some people have better experiences than others. Would I use this business again? No, I would not.

WOW. The service was very very poor. I had to get the whole apartment re-cleaned all over again. The windows were left smeared and they left tape on the windows that they said would not come off. They also said there were spots in the oven that they said would not come off so EVERYTHING that they said they could not get off a SINGLE cleaning lady got all of it off and cleaned EVERYTHING that they said they could not clean. I paid they $150: 00 which was a rip off. They should refund me $100:00 because the little that they did was only worth $50:00 at best.
