Randy was amazing! We had a bird get into our fireplace for the second time in four months. We thought we had the problem fixed back in March by the fireplace company we hired, but that's not the case. I called Randy at 8am and he was at my house at 11am. He knew exactly what the problem was and put wire around the gap and was done in 15 minutes. He also took time to look above my garage because I was paranoid we had animals all over the house now. He also checked the outside of the house to make sure there were no other ways animals could get in and showed me where the previous owners had patched a place where a raccoon likely had access to above the garage. I appreciated how helpful he was and how he fixed the problem! Hopefully we're done with birds for good!

Excellent. Randy promptly returned my call, gave us a free in-person (not over the phone) estimate. Within a few days he removed the birds, closed the holes and painted the area. He was very professional and gave us a fair price. I've already recommended him to a neighbor.

Randy was professional and great to work with. The other services were going to charge a setup fee plus $$/squirrel trapped. Randy trapped 8 squirrels and came each morning to take them away and set new traps for a 1 time set fee. I also had Randy do the repairs to the roof area the squirrels were entering. Will definitley use again and would highly recommend Dog Gone Wildlife to others. Price below includes the repairs.

Randy was very responsive, came out as promised with traps and I let him know each morning if there was anything in the traps. After a week the raccoon moved on and Randy came back to collect the traps and put a heavy gauge wire screen over the vent to prevent anything to be able get in my attic.

I have a two story house and happen to look up on the roof one night and saw a raccoon. Then noises in the attic, knew the raccoon had gotten in. Called Randy the next day and he was able to come out a put a traps on the roof. The next morning the raccoon was caught. Then thought a squirrel was in the attic and he tried another trap. Nothing, but something was taking the bait. Late night saw another raccoon on the roof. Randy tried other methods and it worked. He got that raccoon. No more noise and he closed up the holes that were made from the critters. Would definitely recommend and hire again for critter issues. Thanks again Randy!

When selling our home, the buyers requested the attics be checked for signs of active animals/bird activity. Randy came out, checked out the attic and any entry points. We were able to satisfy the request of our buyer. We were so happy with Randy, we will hire him for our new home when we need any wildlife removal.

Randy responded quickly and set traps. He also sealed up two outside entry points to the house. Over a three-week period, caught a couple possums, but no luck with the groundhogs. Haven't seen them around, so hopefully the sealed entries will convince them to go elsewhere.

Randy removed the raccoons and repaired the vent that the animals had entered through. Randy also removed the tree that the animals were climbing to get to my roof. Randy was very professional, answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Randy responded promptly to my initial call and came the next day to give an estimate and set the trap. He returned as soon as the animal was caught. Unfortunately we had to call/email him over the next month to schedule and continue the repair and prevention work. His work was very good, but we wished he had kept us appraised of his schedule and completed the work without us having to continually contact him. We appreciate that his preventive work is guaranteed.

My husband caught a raccoon and one of her kits. He called Randy and he came the same day to remove the critters. They were cute, but they had to go. Randy climbed up to our roof, and discovered how they were entering our attic. He then covered the opening and it has been blissfully quiet every since. Birds entered and nested in the ducts from outside into two bathroom fan ducts. Randy removed the first one I knew about, and came back a second time after I discovered the birds also entered the second duct/ vent area. One of the bath fan ducts was damaged and full of nest materials, so he removed and replaced all of the needed parts. (I purchased the new bath fan, the outside vent, and basket for one of the problems). He was responsive, worked with my schedule, and kept me informed of the scheduling. He placed baskets over the outside of the vents to prevent any further infestation. The repairs are sturdy and look great. Randy was very personable and professional, and I would call him again.

Randy was great and efficient. Quoted me $145 for coming out and trapping the raccoon. Luckily it decided to find a new place to make home and we decided to have Randy come back out and put caps on the chimney. He came out the next day checked for the raccoon again then put caps on the chimney. He ended up charging us $240 (75 1st visit+ 2x75 for chimney caps+ tax). Well worth the wife's safety of mind now the raccoon is gone. Definitely call Randy before any of the big name companies if you have any garment issues.
