March 2020 - The gentlemen that showed up was polite and told me he could do a basic unclogging but it might back up again in a few months. He recommended that he do hydro jetting (an upgraded service that costs $350) which would definitely clear the line. He guaranteed his work until August 2020. When he left he left his ladder leaning against my house which I called to notify him but he never came back and I had to move the ladder and place it in my garage. 2 months later my kitchen drain began to clog up. I called several times but the mailbox was always full. I finally reached a lady and she told me she would call me back after she checked the schedule. A week passed and I called back to let her know it was unprofessional not to return the call, she apologized and again told me she would get back to me. Another week has passed and i have yet to hear from her and when i call the mailbox says it is full. i understand hat this is a difficult time with the pandemic but not being able to provide basic communication to your customers is unacceptable. A customer should not have to track down a contractor for a guarantee they made. I also question the work because since the clog, I have not placed any grease or questionable material in my sink that would cause it to clog. So his claim that I needed hydro jetting seems questionable. Beware of this company because if anything goes wrong they will not provide the professional and reliable service that you may expect.

"Sorry you feel that way but it was a isuue with the timing of the guarantee and because you only pay $350 dollars for a job hydrojetting. Which it cost approximately $600 dollars and you did not agree to pass the camera whe cannot give you 6 months guarantee because whe do not have a clear view of your kitchen sink mainline and the guy hi left the latter and give you the wrong timed guarantee he don’t work no more for us about your questionable about hydrojetting is the best quality service you can provide on a kitchen sink questionable looks whe send you since the service was provided a review for you to Wright but you never did you wait 3 months to do it now seems little bit unfear and the lady in the office was trying to be polite and see if whe could fit you in but you opt out to Come here wrote this nice review thank you and whe sorry for the misunderstanding go call other companies and ask how much for hydrojetting services cost is you would be really surprised"

Terrible, the sink still leaks and they will not return my calls or own up to there sub par work.

"False I got all video pictures that leak was fix now calling today demanding service same day was told he would get a call. Back when could be fit in he not wait going site to site giving false information and spreading lies shame on you ho you think you are you can damage what with sweat and tears I have accomplish keep saying all that lies about easy work when I did underneath kitchen sink cast iron to pvc replacement for $175 dollars get the facts straight and remember you that given false information and making false staments is crime Defamation is where someone makes knowingly false statements, or makes false statements with reckless disregard as to their truth. The statements must be factual statements as opposed to opinion."

Lazaro was very professional, he gave me a fair estimate, he showed up on time to do the work, he used a concrete saw to cut the driveway, he found the issue and fixed it. He cleaned everything after he finished and explained to me the work as he was doing it.

"Waooo I’m surprise you feel that way SR that’s not actually what happened I did clean afterwards floor was already dirty when I came there but I actually clean afterwards my hole area the price for complete faucet replace with a pop up drain included I freely replace you supplied line at no cost because Yours was rusty and leaking also none of your angle stops was not working you did not want it to replace everything because money I’m sorry SR you did not have to get the service I was leaving when you call me back its unfair contradicted statement you did not tell me no none of that when I was there plus I got pictures to prove it all what I did for 200 which y agree because you tell me to do it"

Both the visit and repairs went really well. Lazaro came and repaired both hose bibs and allowed me to inspect his repairs and test before leaving. I was actually surprised I was scheduled the following morning; to me that was a big plus. Would definitely recommend.

The owner Lazaro showed up on a Saturday short notice. Quickly seen and fixed my problem. He was very nice and well spoken. He knows his craft well. Great, clean and fast work. Will hire again.

Nothing’s worse than a 5AM plumbing emergency. I was very lucky to find the team at Dolphinz Pluming. They were great!
