Very professional, understanding and flexible with the repiping of my house. Jorge and his partner were very thorough, meticulous and take pride in all they do. I had some past clients of Dominion call me personally and recommend them and their price was competitive to the competition. They worked with my insurance company when it was not required, a testament of how they have exceeded my expectations. Very happy with the quality and cleanliness of their work! Jorge is extremely honest and professional. I needed two parts to complete the job. Jorge informed me that the parts had a lifetime warranty through Delta. I called Delta with Jorge there. The Delta rep was great and sure enough they're sending the parts at no charge. This ia a savings of approximately $70. I've been recently ripped of by Rainaldi for another plumbing job. Jorge is a great representative of the plumbing profession. <br />

They really stand out and have good quotes. They were by far the most affordable and were very professional. They were very good. Jorge is energetic, professional, and gets things done really fast.

Our toilet had been making a loud noise when filling up and finally stopped working completely. We had a very small window when we could be home to have it repaired, and Jorge arrived on time. He replaced the hardware inside the tank and made sure it was working properly before he left. We have used him for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism. <br />

Came by on a Saturday morning with out charging an extra fee. Very professional. Even called a few days later to make sure everything was working fine.

Jorge promptly responded to my voicemail in the morning and was able to come out the same day. The problem was simple - the rarely used guest shower stopped providing hot water. Jorge brought the replacement Moen cartridge with him and replaced the bad one in less than an hour. The problem was resolved. <br /> Jorge was professional throughout and we'll definitely use him again in the future. <br />

Last year I had Jorge out to do some plumbing work and he did a great job.  No issues.  Last month I called him a week in advance and scheduled for him to come out and complete a number of plumbing jobs we needed after new counters were being installed in our kitchen and two bathrooms.  He was supposed to come on a Friday.  I called again a few days before the work to confirm at which time he told me he now had a job to do near his home in the morning and he would come to me after that at 10:30am.  Though he was supposed to be at my home at 9:00am per our agreement, I said ok as he said this was a warranty job he had to do for work he had done for another customer.   <br /> <br /> We had our counters installed on Thursday as planned and had no kitchen or bathroom sinks as all the plumbing needed to be done, new faucets installed, etc..  Friday came and after I heard nothing from Jorge by 11:00am, I called him.  He called me back, said the other job was taking longer than expected and he would be there in an hour and half.  Long story short, I kept calling him all day - he never called me first.  He would call back and say "not yet".  Ultimately, he never came.  At one point he said he had a person who sometimes covered for him and he would try to get a hold of that guy, but that guy speaks only broken English, but I should understand him.  Finally, after 4:00pm Jorge quite returning my calls.  I called him again Saturday morning and he called me back, saying he was still at the other job and was not coming to mine.  He again mentioned the guy who speaks broken English, but at this point I was not interested in having some supposed plumber I have never before, and who I may not be able to communicate with, coming to our house for all of this work, even assuming he exists and would actually show.  Those of us who use Angie's List know that is not how you find a contractor. <br /> <br /> So that was my experience with Jorge.  He broke his commitment to me made in advance to take on a new job and left me and my family in the lurch.  We were not able to get a plumber out till Monday, so we had no kitchen sink, no dishwasher and two bathrooms out of service for an entire weekend.  Plus I sat home from work a whole day waiting for him.  This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.     <br /> <br /> I will never use Jorge again.

Replies to calls promptly. We wasn't able to come the day we expected, but called to let us know he would be here the next day. He was quick, professional, and answered all our questions.

A good friend recommended Jorge with Dominion Plumbing when I needed to repipe my newly bought foreclosure. I definitely made the right choice! He and his crew were prompt, clean, and very knowledgable. When I called him and explained the problem, He explained some of the possible causes over the phone and gave me a rough estimate of each option. He explained to me how to determine the age of the water heater by the serial number and we found that it was well past its lifetime.I scheduled a time for Jorge to replace the water heater. <br /> <br /> He called an hour before showing up and was prompt. He explained the process as I watched and was very informative. He also gave me advice and tips on maintaining the new water heater and how to set the thermostats. <br /> <br /> I have asked to plan a further appointment to have him fix the faucets around the outside of the house. He walked the house with me, gave me advice to fix one of them on my own and agreed to come back and fix the rest. I definitely plan to call Jorge back to finish the other work I have. I just not had the time to work out the date yet. He also called back to remind me to schedule a time once and has not hounded me since, which I appreciate. <br /> <br /> Overall Jorge provided excellent service and I plan to use Dominion Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Very nice and professional man, really knew what he was doing from start to finish. Cleaned the drains and went above and beyond.

He came out on Christmas day and installed a new garbage disposal for me. He is very quick and cleans up after himself.

Called Jorge to replace the anode rod on our 6 year old water heater. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. However, the anode rod was so eroded that it was fused to the water heater base and could not be removed without causing damage to the unit itself. The unit was under warranty so we called and they agreed to replace. Jorge nicely agreed to take out the current WH and bring to Home Depot to switch it out.. Home Depot erred and didn't have the correct model in stock when he arrived there. SO, he had to come BACK and put it back in. THEN when they FINALLY had it in stock two weeks later, he patiently waited for 2 HOURS for them to deliver it. He was very patient and understanding. Of course, there was a lot he could have been doing during this time. The water heater is in now, and working beautifully. I highly recommend Jorge and Dominion Plumbing.

Great service. Quick response to my phone message. Appointment available in a timely fashion and at a very convenient time. Plumber arrived on time, did the job quickly, answered all my questions, and cleaned up afterwards.

He was very good. He redid my kitchen and he reinstalled all the plumbing and floor. He redid my bathroom plumbing. His price was very reasonable and it was less than what I thought it was going to be. I would recommend him to others. He did a good job. I called him on a Saturday and he just showed up in a couple of hours.

George was very responsive and I am pleased with his work.

It was a positive experience. He came one day and gave me and estimate and said what I had to get and what was needed. I was going to to do the project myself but it turned out to be bigger. He said when I got my parts he would come back and put it in for me, he didn't charge for the first visit. It was quick and reliable. I called him the first time and he was at the house within an hour and the same thing with the second time. He was very responsive.

My experience with Dominion Plumbing was absolutely the best. As a single mother sometimes it is hard to find businesses that will give a fair estimate on work needed. Had tried repairing the problem on my own. When it became obvious I needed a professional I honestly did not know who to trust. Several friends recommended Angie's List and that is how I found the company and called Jorge AKA George. The first time I spoke with Jorge all fears were dissipated. He not only is very professional and knowledgable he also will go the extra mile to provide a service of excellence creating a sense of trust with his customers. He is very neat and clean when work is in progress. I watched him (more for educational reasons) doing the repairs the whole time. He did not mind and explained step by step everything he was doing. He is a very nice person, btw. Will definitely call again whenever his service is needed. I do not usually feel comfortable recommending companies to other people but that is not the case with Dominion Plumbing.
