The Donahue Roofing staff and crew have been the absolute best company to deal with, for the work that we have had them do, both personally and through an associated business. Peggy and Lily, in the office have been very friendly, prompt and professional throughout the whole process. Clint and all his crew are friendly, prompt and professional as well, and deliver as promised, which is rare in this area! They always clean up after each job, to the point that you can't even tell that they were there! THERE IS NO BETTER ROOFING COMPANY IN THE AREA THAN DONAHUE ROOFING! They will get all of my business!

This is the second time (different house) that I have used them. The first time I had them reshingle my house in West Plains and was extremely satisfied. So now I live 50 miles away at a house in Arkansas with broken shingles and of course I called them again. This time we opted for their steel roofing system that has no screws going through the steel (it’s an amazing system to watch them install). They were done in a day, cleaned up every little bit after themselves, and the entire team was courteous and professional at all times. The new roof is beautiful, has withstood strong winds and hail, and the light almond color has even kept the house noticeably cooler this summer. We are thrilled with Donahue Roofing.

Donahue Roofing is excellent to work with! The staff are professional, and prompt. They usually get there the same day, or the following morning after a service call is placed. I have found all roofing staff and office staff to be polite, professional, and friendly!

Donahue roofing does fantastic work. Clint and Peggy worked with us to help us find the right shingle and color to complement our home. On install day Clint and his crew arrived on time, completely removed the old shingles and installed the new roof in one working day, finishing up around 6 PM. They did a great job cleaning up. Very happy with our new roof! We had had a roof installed by Donahue on our previous home and knew they were who we wanted when hail damage necessitated a new roof for our current home. Peggy noted that they would be at our house at approximately 8:30am, which they were (actually a little before). With a crew of six plus Mr. Donahue, about two thirds of the existing roof was removed, cleaned, underlayment placed and new roof installed. The remaining roof was left to protect the structure fro the increment weather over the weekend. Due an unexpected 1-1/2 inch on Sunday night, the work was finished on Tuesday The work was completed very professionally, including the cleanup, and looks great.

Donahue Roofing was professional from start to finish on this project.  This was a re-roofing job.  Clint and Peggy were very helpful in recommending which shingles would perform best and look good on my roof.  They were patient with me during the decision-making process, including bringing samples to the house to see which style would look the best.  The work was completed in two days and there wasn't a scrap of construction debris left anywhere.  I couldn't be happier with the work and know the value of my house has increased with the new roof.  The roof looks fabulous!  I would recommend Donahue Roofing to anyone shopping for a new roof. <br> <br>

<p>Everything happened exactly as we were told to expect. When we accepted the terms for the new roof, we were given an anticipated start date of 3-4 weeks. The work actually began about 2 weeks after we accepted the contract, which was a nice surprise. The crew arrived a few minutes before 8 a.m. and worked steadily, and Mr. Donahue was onsite to supervise the work. The workers were professional and seemed to know their business, and they cleaned up when they were finished. The new roof was finished after only one and a half days, and it looks great and it doesn't leak. A few days after the work was completed, Mr. Donahue came back for a final check of the new roof and asked if we had any questions.</p> <p>It's rare to find a business that operates with this degree of professionalism. We were 100% happy with everything they did, from first contact to final inspection. We highly recommend Donahue Roofing.</p> <br />

Clint and his crew quoted a very reasonable price for a higher quality steel (standing seam) roof than what was quoted by several other vendors. He and his crew showed up within 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival, which is no small feat since he had to travel nearly 70 miles from West Plains to my home in Theodosia. He and his crew worked all day, first removing the old asphalt shingle roof down to the decking. They replaced rotted wood over my enclosed porch that had been leaking for some time, installed all new synthetic underlayment, 24 gauge snap-lock metal roof system with all trim, flashings and ridge vent. He replaced the rolled asphalt roofing over the porch with 60 ml TPO (the material reminds me of reinforced rubber, about the same consistency of an inner tube for tires) and did all of this for about half the quoted cost from the highest price bidder. Clint has his own equipment for forming the individual metal panels and cuts the panels to specifications on-site. He was super-friendly and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I understood what we were getting. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive this kind of service....it's not the norm. I would use Clint and his company anytime I needed a superior roof at an attractive price. But I probably won't need that for another 45 years. Thanks for a great job at a great price!!! <br />

Mr. Clint Donahue was very professional in the beginning, with an estimate and even scheduled a roofing date. Peggy contacted use saying they'll complete our roof ahead of the planned schedule date. Great. The actually date of the roof was completed on December 2013. Here's the kicker; his associates ruined our furnace vent including the flashing when they tore up the old shingles. I found this problem after we had a huge snow storm and water was running down furnace pipe cause the furnace wires to spark from all that water. I turned off the furnace and contacted Donahue. <br /> Clint was very prompt and professional fixing the problem, so he thought. This happened 8 more times coming out to our place and trying to fix the problem at hand. The 8th time Clint finally figured out what the problem was; wouldn't a professional know the problem beforehand... Anyways, he realized there's a gaping hole in the furnace flashing collar pipe. The fix, cake on crap load of tar to stop the leak. Guess what, it still leaks. <br /> Clint even said when he was here on his 8th time, he'll have to order a new furnace assembly. It been two weeks and no new furnace assembly or contact from Peggy or Clint, even though we contacted them multiple times during that time frame. There's a five year warranty that Donahue provided, but there not owning up for the mistake they caused or standing behind their craftsmanship. My patience is wearing thin and wouldn't recommend this roofing company to anyone in the West Plains area or surrounding it. <br />

The job was done as we had hoped . They followed up with warranties and energy info. They were a professional husband and wife team who followed through on all aspects of the job. <br />

This is the second roofing job they have completed for me. I found them to be honest and reliable. They completed the job on time and to their quote. Before they left, they made sure I was happy with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of roofing work done. <br />

Clint arrived promptly and had shingles with which to make repairs immediately. He took the time to discuss options with me based on future planned renovations to my home. Based on my situation, Clint recommended repair rather than full roof replacement, saving me money now and later. <br />

They arrived as promised, they tore off the old roof quickly, disposed of all the garbage and hauled it away. The very next morning they were there as promised and worked very hard all day, they cleaned up. were there the next morning as promised and finished ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. The crew was very productive. They actually left the place cleaner than we they arrived. <br />

He and crew came promptly, performed the job as contracted in 2 days. Cleanup was excellent, no roofing materials or nails left behind.

Mr. Donahue, had to drive a long distance because, no one in our area knows how to do this except him. He was prompt, the roof on his house is the clown. The first thing any one visiting says is how good it looks. The job was perfect and I am Ticky!
