Sound Pumbing did an A+ job. What I initially thought was only a small water leak led to discovery of a broken sump pump which led to discovery of incorrect piping from the pump to the yard. Donald Button was great! Friendly, professional and worked hard replacing pipe outside in a crazy rainstorm, cheerfully even. He fixed all 3 of my problems and everything is running smoothly now. I definitely recommend.

Donny contacted me within minutes of submitting my request through Angie's list and was on site later the same day to assess and begin repairing. He was sure to keep me informed as to what the core issue and solutions were. I used a competing company prior who misdiagnosed and incorrectly installed parts, which Donny identified immediately. If you're looking for reliability and honesty in a business, this is the guy! He is now my go-to with any plumbing projects I have in the future.

Plumber visited to determine work to be done. Sent quote. Scheduled work. Arrived on schedule with assistant. Completed work as planned with some minor surprises that were also addressed. Charged quoted amount. Work all completed that day. Pipes now run fine and leaks have stopped.

Final results turned out well. Came upon several problems, this is where the skills showed through. Digging in and finding solutions, keeping on it until solutions were embraced and installed. Good communications skills. Direct and honest.
