Cannot say enough good things about Donaldson. I was thrown into the role of executor of a family member's estate and had no idea how I was going to wade through the decades of their life to prepare the house for sale. From the first engagement with Virginia and Nick, I knew this was a caring and capable family business. Nick took the time to hear the goals and concerns, and was amazingly diligent and thoughtful in how they executed clearing out the packed home. We even had a specialized workshop that they handled. At every turn, Nick was in communication with the family and even held things aside during the cleanout that he thought might be sentimental or valuable to us. The process wasn't just painless, it was actually a huge relief to know the house was being handled in such a reliable and caring way. I wish I could give them more than five stars because their work definitely reflects it.

DPM was recommended to me after a family member used them for an estate clean out. They were able to help me with removing a mess a tenant left behind. A mattress that had been outside for weeks, furniture, and a mountain of black garbage bags from move-out. They were quick, professional, and had excellent communication. I was grateful to them for seeking clarification on some things that were set to remain in the yard. They will be by go-to in the future.

We have used Donaldson a few times over the years to help us during house projects and getting rid of old furniture. They are very friendly and responsive. We appreciate their prompt to drop off and pick up, and have the best prices around. We can not recommend them highly enough!

We use Nick and his team to clean out a house for sale. They came multiple times and cleaned out everything from dishes to beds and dressers. They were so helpful and personable. Accommodating whatever we needed to be removed. They also cleaned out a free standing garage and helped us remove and old car. They worked fast and did an amazing job.
