They were supposed to come the night before but it got to late so they came first thing the next morning, but gave me a discount since they missed the first appointment.  They were extremely friendly, polite and professional.  I liked that they wore booties while being in the house.  They were able to fix my problem in about 2 hours.  I thought the price was little of high, but since I didn't have time to shop the repairs around, I am not certain if I paid too much or not.  But, the leaking pipes were fixed in a professional and timely manner and that is what mattered most to me. <br />

They did what they said they would do. <br />

From the time I called the office to the time he Michael Donalson left my house, it was a pleasure to work with Donalson Bros. Plumbing.  They told me when to expect Mr. Donalson and called me first.  He arrived on time, gave me his estimate for approval before starting work, charged me reasonable fees for any items revealed in the course of repairing the known problems, and performed more than one extra service gratis. <br /> He shared his knowledge generously and did everything possible to make me feel I was comfortable with the choices I had made.  I would most certainly use Donalson Plumbing again! <br />
