He was really friendly from the beginning of our interaction until the job was complete. He did a great job with putting my furniture together and did so in a timely manner. It went very well. He had the bracket in place in under an hour and put it exactly where I requested which I thought would be difficult. His fee was very reasonable as well. I don't recall his name or I would mention it here. I already have some work to be done in the spring and I will be utilizing his services again.
