They did the work, thoroughly explained everything to me, gave me maintenance tips, and recommendations for future projects. Their estimate was lower than the competitor's was. They had everything they needed. They were great.

Great customer service and quick response time. They had someone to me in hours during an emergency and fixed the problem in the same day. I would request Joe Winchester if you can. He was professional, kind, and didn't quit until the problem was solved. I wouldn't think twice to call Done Right Today again.

Done Wrong Plumbing - Buyer beware. I had them do work at my 85 year old mother's house. Always ask them for a detailed estimate in advance with hourly rate, time estimate and cost for parts when applicable. They repaired a leak under the master stall shower and when completed the floor of the shower now flexes and makes loud noise both in the shower and throughout the first floor of the house. This was not happening prior to their work. When I addressed the issue they sent out a rude tech who said if it is not leaking then it is not their problem. They charged $892 to put a fernco rubber boot on and cut a hole in the drywall to access. Invoice stated $128 to cut the drywall and not replace and $764 for plumbing. I asked for hourly rate and they refused to provide. Believe me you will "breath much easier" by choosing an ethical and better qualified plumber. You have been warned.

Fabulous! We needed our water conditioner serviced and other company wouldn't touch it because they didn't install it and just wanted to sell us a new one. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend.

Great. The Done Right Today plumber was direct and to the point. Marc didn't try to upgrade the services to get more money. He did the job that was needed with professionalism. He was friendly and informed me of every detail as he worked through the job, even when it didn't go as smooth as expected.

Great they were efficient

My water heater stopped working and I couldn't stop my toilet from running. Not a promising day ahead. I called Done Right Today in the morning and by 11:30 AM I had a new water heater and a repaired toilet. Ryan and Martin were prompt, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, neat and a pleasure to deal with. This is my third experience with this company and they do not disappoint.

it went well. There was a some minor hiccup that was professionally addressed. I'm very impressed with the after-care.

Excellently. Our plumber was very detail oriented, gave us feedback on other issues and was clearly a master.

Our kitchen sink was backed up and clogged the night before guests were to arrive for the weekend. We called a couple of plumbers but only Done Right was able to come first thing the next morning. The plumber showed up on time, quickly evaluated the problem, and proceeded to fix/replace the drain line. He was polite and kept everything clean. We would use Done Right Today again.

They gave us back crucial plumbing features that had been causing us problems with high quality AND WARRANTEED components. We have our finished basement's bathroom back again and we can proceed with bring the whole space back to life. I trust Patrick and his team. It's really that simple.

Scheduler gave me next day appointment…Patrick and Adam arrived promptly as promised….courteous and professional…we discussed issues and options…they went right to work. Prices were reasonable and 3 year warranty gives added peace of mind. Wish all jobs went this perfectly!

My water heater stopped working on Friday night (Sept 10, 20211). I called the service provider I had used for decades who came on Sunday afternoon and was given a quote for $4000. I was shocked!!!! The technician was very nice and made numerous recommendations. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked for me: my responsibility to get unit, hire them to install which would void the warranty, etc. I contacted Angie's list because I've had success with it before. Two immediate caveats: 1. BBB rating 2. Stellar reviews. The price was much better and included a top rate water heater, installation, removal of old unit, and a ten year warranty. Steve H came and installed it and did a remarkable job. Everyone individual I dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions. SUGGESTION: Check for your own financing first. Some credit cards offer immediate 2% deals and no interest payments for as long as fifteen months. Done Right Today does offer financing but research first. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL, INSTALLATION, AND WARRANTY I GOT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL DONE RIGHT TODAY AGAIN. i am done with my old service provider.

Service was excellent. Working with the office was great in scheduling the appointment and receiving an explanation of the service. Appointment was scheduled and I received a confirmation call that day. Ryan was our plumber and he arrived on time, wore is shoe covers, explained what he would do, gave me the quote and performed the replacement within 30 minutes. Price was fair. I will use them again.

They service was really good., professional and on time. Also, they were nice to my dog.

A++++ service. Had no hot water. Done Right Today was there within a few hours of my call. I had a new hot water installed that day at a reasonable rate. Staff was great from the phone call to the installation. Highly recommend!
