I hired Brock to do some framing in the basement of my house in Salt Lake, He showed up on time and walked the job then we spoke about the possibility of other work needed to complete the total remodel and he seemed eager to take on the framing as well as looking at other phases of the project. The next day he gave me a competitive price and I told him I would get back to him, I was waiting for another bid, Brock had the best bid so I called him to meet at the house, go over any questions and I paid him half of his bid. As of this review he has not been back to the house to do any of the work and will not respond to texts or phone calls to get my money back. I hired another contractor to complete the job. Do not hire Brock unless you want to just give your money away.

Brock was up front with pricing and expectations. He looked at all three doors to determine what was needed for each. One door was particularly stubborn, but Brock figured out why and came up with a solution.

It’s an old house where things in the past haven’t been done right, so of course that led to extra issues, taking longer. I didn’t get all the projects done I had hoped for, but Brock is very thorough, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable.

The job was done well. They were on time and professional.

Brock got back to me quickly and was able to come to my home right away. He was professional, on time and did an awesome job on repairs that needed to be done in my home. He installed a ceiling fan, replaced a broken thermostat and cleaned out a clogged dryer vent. I had a great experience with Done Right and would highly recommend to others!

Brick arrived on time, listened to what we needed and went right to work. He was careful to protect our counter tops as he worked to reassemble our oven door that I had tried to remove to clean the glass and could not get back together. He was quick and even cleaned the glass before he reassembled the door. We will definitely call him again.
