TERRIBLE. CHARGED ME $100 TO LOOK AT IT AND SAY HE WOULD HAVE TO INVESTIGATE IT AND FIND THE PART AND WOULD GET BACK WITH ME WITHIN A WEEK...DIDNT HAPPEN...CALLED HIM, ONCE AGAIN HE PROMISED TO GET BACK WITH ME WITHIN A WEEK...NOTHING HAPPENED. WASTED MONEY AND TIME!

No Services performed, but Don was very upfront & honest about the (lack of) cost effectiveness in repairing my 18-year-old Kenmore. He was very willing to spend time talking through my options, pricing them out, and recommending replacement units. He was also professional, polite and taking proper COVID precautions.

Went great. On time, neat, courteous. Took great care of our appliance and the work area. Even wore booties to enter our home. He will need to return and install part that was ordered. Definitely would refer Don to friends.

Mr. Fuller showed up with shoe coverings and gloves to protect my home, was very polite and quickly found errors in previous repairs from less qualified tradesmen. He fixed the Maytag washer in a timely manner, cleaned the workplace and explained the repairs, what a professional! Super job! I would recommend his service to the world. Found problem temporarily fixed. Full repair cost more than a new unit. So we did not get new parts. Don was very knowledge and discussed options for replacement microwaves when the time comes.

Great. The technician arrived when he said he would and quickly ascertained that the refrigerator wasn't worth repairing but recommended an honest company in the area that sells used appliances. This was very helpful because I was arranging this from out of state for my disabled mother. He only charged a trip charge which was reasonable. She got a refrigerator installed the next day.
