Roofing repair appointment time was adjusted when weather looked bad for original time, so they adjusted THEIR time and came earlier in the week...when Friday weather looked bad ! I was so pleased, as this worked best for me as well. and they showed up right on time, ready to go .... Efficient ..... prepared..... roof repairs looked excellent . Good-natured guys and good manners....left absolutely NO mess behind.... I will bring them back FOR SURE...when the entire roof needs to be replaced. And I asked for an estimate of about how much longer my roof was good for.....and got one, and also any questions I asked about what caused the leak , etc. were answered. I was given a coupon discount without asking! Don had copies of business license, liability insurance, and more than I'd even have known to ask for ! Plus lists of clients with their contact information ! This company operates the way ALL businesses should...I didn't even have to ask for all this info... I found myself wishing they did other kinds of work/repairs too...as I would have hired them in a heartbeat for that too! Note: I live on what was my grandfather's farm and there is always something else that needs "fix'in".....the house is a beautiful old story-and-a-half "farmhouse" built in 1928 and I try to keep it looking good.

PERFECTION ACHIEVED! WATER RUNNING DOWN FRONT PORCH WALL. CALLED DON AND HIS SONS, CAME OUT NEXT DAY, MADE REPAIRS AND, HAPPILY FOR ME, GOT PAID. SECOND TIME TO USE HIS SERVICES WITH BOTH REPAIRS BEING DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY, PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Don was a delight to work with. He came up last fall and gave us an honest assessment of our roof, that we could wait another winter before replacing. He came back up this spring and confirmed the estimate again. Within 2 weeks the job was started, and completed in 2 days. Prompt response, fast install, and excellent customer service. Will absolutely recommend.

Don was fantastic!! He came and assessed the situation and saw that the problem was minor. He fixed it while he was here and said it wasn't even worth charging me for it. Who does that in today's world?!?! He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I would definitely use him again.

Don came out and provided an estimate to remove and replace our roof. Don was on time and very professional to deal with. After getting several estimates from other contractors, we selected Don Grant Co to do the work based on cost, reputation, and our interactions with Don. His team showed up on time to do the work and did a good job keeping the job site clean. Don personally stopped by multiple times throughout each day to review the work and help out with clean-up. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Don Grant Company.

Don Grant was very responsive to my needs. He's very easy to get in touch with and communicated well during the whole process. He stayed on site while all work was performed. They put tarps over everything to protect from damage and mess. His crew did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when done. You would never know anyone had been there. Beautiful job! I recommend Don Grant.

They were able to get to me a couple of weeks earlier than they thought, which was great. They were in and they were out. They had supplies delivered the day before work began, and they showed up on time at about 7:30 in the morning and were done by 1:30 in the afternoon. Clean up and all! They were very clean and quick. They surrounded my house with tarp to catch all of the debris as they removed the old roof, then took it to their trash bin they brought. Don surprised his workers and made sure the work was done properly. He had several workers working, about 4 or 5. I have a 2 story house with 1,800 sq feet living space and an oversized 2 car garage. Kind of gives you an idea of the size of roof I needed.

Don arrived at my home with copies of his license, insurance, letters of recommendation, etc. His estimate was very reasonable. He and his team arrived on the appointed day. Put out a trap, so as not to leave shingles, etc. all over the yard. He and his team completed the job in less than a day. Job was professional and fairly priced. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

He was very quick with the initial estimate and had a better price than other estimates we received. The estimate was very detailed and also included copies of references and his license. It was a big job and was finished in only one day. We had a few special requests in addition to the new roof, such as taking down a chimney, and it was taken care of without a lot of added cost. I would recommend Don Grant for anyone with roofing needs. <br />

Don came with a cover letter, copies of his licenses and insurance certificate as well as letters of recommendation. He was very professional and safety conscious. He was very easy to talk with. I explained that I had a leak in the roof over my garage. He went up on the roof, found the leak and fixed it. He also walked my roof and checked for any other problem spots. He found my roof to be sound. <br /> <br />I would definitely call on him again.

Mr. Grant was highly professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. When I purchased the deal I thought it was too good to be true. When the roofer who was supposed to be on the deal denied that he had agreed to it I was very upset and contacted Angie's list to get a refund. They told me they would try to make it right by locating a roofer who would agree to the contract I had with the first roofer. Mr. Grant went beyond what I would have expected. The roof he did for me was larger than the deal and had a steep pitch. He didn't charge for the boards that were replaced and fixed my gutters and re-installed a downspout which was missing. His men cleaned my gutters and the entire area around my house leaving it better than before they came. The entire job was done in an 8 hr. day. I couldn't be more pleased. I don't know if I have ever had a better experience with a company in my 40 years of home ownership and 17 years of rental property. I HIGHLY recommend Don Grant to handle any of your roofing concerns. I personally would not hire anyone else in the future. His 43 years in business are testimony to his honesty and high standards. Don gave a detailed estimate including a copy of the company's contractor license and references. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed without pressure. After the job was complete, he followed up a week later. The company gives a 5 year warranty on their labor and of course the shingles have a 30yr warranty, both of which were given paperwork for. <br />

we have had 3 roofers out to control a leak in our roof and each one cost us hundreds of dollars. the next time it rained after each attempt to fix the roof, we had puddles in the ceiling and on the entry floor. we found his ad in the mint magazine and we called him, since he said he guarenteed his work. when he came out, which was the exact time he said he would come, he found the leak to be far from where it was actually coming fron the inside of the house. he repaired it and it hasn't leaked since. <br /> <br />
