I had a great experience working with Don Lorenc Construction Services and his team on our bathroom repair and remodel. They handled every aspect of the project from start to finish, making the process feel seamless and stress-free. The craftsmanship really shows, especially in the new ceramic floor, which turned out beautifully and completely elevated the space. Don is a fantastic communicator: open, clear and concise. We've done multiple projects with him, from painting, to changing roofs, each time Don and his people were courteous, professional and friendly. Don and all of his workers were extremely responsive. Their work was done in an excellent manner. From mid January to mid March there was between 1 to 6 workmen there almost every day. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work and would not hesitate to use him again.

Highly recommend. Don came out for the quote right away and and made it affordable. The bathroom turned out beautifully and they did everything from the tear down to installing all marble tile. Communication was excellent and everything was done on time. They also painted and did the trim work. The installer, Janus, was very efficient and his workmanship excellent. Don and his team really made it easy for us and we’re very happy with the finished product.

They did exceptional work. They promptly provided an estimate. I selected all the products I wanted and work was started within a week. They made improvements to my original plan. No delays. My bathroom looks great and all within my budget.

Donald and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. We were particularly impressed at his thoroughness in making sure that everything was up to standard and his quick problem solving when we encountered unforeseen issues. He was able to suggest thoughtful alternatives and quick estimates for any additional cost when our original plans proved unworkable. That said, his original estimate was quite accurate and we were able to keep the project within budget. All of Donald's subcontractors were punctual, professional, and did excellent work. We were very happy with the finishes. Donald stayed in close communication with us through the project, was able to navigate the what can be a tricky inspection process, and got our project done within a reasonable timeline. We would definitely work with Donald again.

Don was not only the lowest quote we received but did a phenomenal job! The shower had massive tiles and stone to work with all amazing work. Tile is A+++. The shower was state of the art and very complicated with 7 heads and electronic controls. Perfect. All the other work was just as good. Quote was accurate. You will not go wrong hiring Don! Very very pleased

It went very smoothly. Don communicated well with us and with the kitchen designer. The job went to schedule and the work is high quality. We are very pleased and will work with Don again.

We hired Don Lorenc to build out our unfinished basement. Don was friendly and easy to work with and offered good suggestions on incremental improvements to our design. When issues came up, he communicated thoroughly and offered cost effective solutions. His carpentry team was exceptional and we are very happy with the final product.

We bought a house that needed more storage space, and wanted it added in the short time window between when we closed and when we moved in. Don Lorenc met with us to discuss and plan the project before we closed. He then met with us again right after closing to see the space in person and finalize plans. Everyone showed up as scheduled, they were friendly and courteous, and the work was done well. Visitors cannot tell that there were ever *not* closets in place because it looks so seamlessly integrated with the surrounding space. Don also had a lot of helpful comments regarding placement of doors, depth of shelves, etc, that helped us make decisions we're happy with now. We had one minor snag where the heavy-duty shelf supports in the basement were positioned in a way I worried would make it difficult to get very large items in and out of the closet. I called Don, detailed the sizes of my items, and explained my concern. He understood, and it was changed the next day without any fuss. He was responsive and overall his whole team was great to work with.

Don and his crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They were courteous and professional, very detail-oriented. They were always punctual and dependable. They used drop cloths throughout the work areas and cleaned up as the work progressed. Don and his crew provided us with design details that enhanced the final product. As hard as it may seem to believe, the bathroom seems greater in size than the original measurements, even though they remained the same. The price was in keeping with other quotes that we had received. We highly recommend Don's company.

It was pretty good. Pretty satisfied. They were late to respond but overall when it was finished, it was good.

Amazing! Donald and his team were prompt, clean, friendly, professional and quick. Our job was completed as promised - by time and by money. We are very grateful for the impressive service and interest they took in our project. All along the way making sure it was exactly as we envisioned. Taking care to keep a clean workspace during the day and cleaning up every evening. We are completely satisfied with their work and will recommend Donald to our friends and family.

Tilers did an incredible, professional job. Don found some brick samples to match and chimney was rebuilt and blended nicely with the existing brick. A custom cement cap was built. The original cap was faulty and allowed moisture in which caused face brick pops. He gives a 3 year warranty on the labor.

Everything was accomplished in a timely manner, and in many cases, before deadlines. The staff was friendly, courteous and very accommodating to my work schedule—even alerting me apologizing when things got noisy. They were able to minimize the amount of time without use of water and basic functioning to just a few days. They seemed to have a very precision attention to detail. Don oversaw everything and he even made a small redesign of one of the cabinets to make it more functional. The results are truly beautiful. Even though I now have more cabinets, friends tell me the space looks larger. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and highly recommend Don’s services.

I hired Don Lorenc Construction to refinish my bathroom and add backsplash to my kitchen. They sent out their worker Chris to do both jobs. Chris did an amazing job. He was both professional amd personable. Showed up on time. Worked hard. Paid very close attention to detail. Listened to and answered any questions I had. Their proposal was fair and was billed what they promised. I had a wonderful experience with them and would use them again and refer them to others.
