Dan Williams is an outstanding professional arborist who is generous with his time and extensive knowledge and his service is very affordable, thorough, timely and comprehensive with a level of expertise that is unmatched by any tree service I have worked with during my 40 years of ownership and management of commercial and residential properties. Great I would hire him again

We first had Mr. Williams treat our pine tree in 5/23. His work was excellent. He came back a week later to finish. At the time he told my husband that he would come back in 6 months to check the tree. We started calling in 11/23 to schedule the follow-up. Many calls and emails later we got a reponse. Mr. Williams came to our home on 1/30 to look at the tree. He said that his top man, JJ, would come out at 830am on 1/31. He was misdirected by the office and arrived at 10am. His work was very good. Mr Williams arrived at the end of his work. At no time in May or on the 30th did Mr. Williams mention that we would be charged another 750 dollars.

Mr. Williams first came to our home 5/18/23. His work was excellent, but he never returned in 6 months as promised. We have been trying to get him out, but Julia finally told me last week that his "diabetes was bad". He didn't come out 1/19 as she promised and no calls returned. I am happy to report that Don returned to our home today and reevaluated our pine tree. His worker, JJ, is scheduled to come tomorrow to re-treat our pine. Din knows his work

It went well.

Trimming of trees service was fine. When he showed me that 3 sprinkler valves were aging and needing replacement, at $250/each, I approved the work. Ten days later I realized that one on the new valves was leaking. I reached out to Don. He said he would be out soon. One week later, I emailed him, asking when he was coming. I received no response. The following week I attempted to call him. His voicemail box was filled. I have had to pay out of pocket to another service worker. Don talks a good game but is totally unreliable once he has your money.

I signed his contact 10/09/19 the total cost was $14,000.00. He asked for half up front. I gave him a check for $7,000.00. He later said the bank wouldn't cash it because of the signature. He asked for another $7,000.00 of which I gave him, with the understanding the initial $7,000.00 deposit would be returned to me, if the bank deposited the check in his bank account. The money was deposited in his account and he never returned my deposit. His crew removed my old grass, plants and two small trees. The completion was to be November 14, 2019. Each time I text/call him he would give me one excuse/lie after another. Here 10 days later, no plants, no sprinklers, and no sod grass. I told him I was going to the police to have him arrested, if the plants weren't in and planted by Friday the 22nd. No response from him. He stole my money knowingly.... He is a poor excuse of a professional. I will be going to the police Monday. (Update) I threaten him. I told him I was going to the police for stealing my money. He had the full $14,000.00 in his bank account. Once I threatened him he installed the sod and some plants. I text him asking when he will be completing my project. He's not returning my text messages. I'm going to hire someone else to finish my landscape and take him to small claims court for leaving my high and dry. He is not professional, he lies and ????

I contacted Don Williams and he was in the area and came out for a quote. Scheduled for his crew to come the next day. They finished another job early and came the very same day. I was at home, so, it was fine for them to start work that afternoon. They finished quickly and had both trees gone and the stumps grounded down just within a few hours. When they were done it was clean and everything looked good. I would hire them, again.

Work went okay. Worker did not speak english, and started digging out perfectly operational water turnoff in another part of yard. Bark beetle treatment still not done.I've been waiting since January for return of any phone calls or text messages. High price for what was done. Contractor promised to return next day to finish. There was some rain, but he did not ever come back. there were tree roots marked with orange paint that were to be taken out. That was not done

His crew was over 1 hour late. After the job was done they removed trim From my patio and put it on the roof of the Patio. When I asked him why? He said “well you’re in construction”. And you can get them. You should have made sure they were secure. Well f u c head they were secure the day before. But your yahoos put the trim of my patio on the PATIO roof!! Who does that!! He was arrogant and narssistic and pious. Never again.
