Our mission and commitment is to exceed our customers expectations with the most effective, safe, and responsible control methods available; always putting our customers and the environment safety first; using chemicals only when necessary. We strive for excellence in service, while educating our customers in long term preventive methods such as Integrated Pest Management (I.P.M.) . We treat a variety of pest not limited to roaches,ants,spiders, bedbugs, termites, beetles, rodents, and other wood destroying insects to name a few. In addition to our pest control services, we provides real-estate inspection of wood destroying insects (W.D.I.). Our overall goal is to totally eliminate pest issue when possible or, reach a tolerable threshold determined by the customer's satisfaction.

Both times they came to my house, they were so far behind their appointment time that I had given up on them coming at all. I was not very impressed with the work and would not hire them again.

Doogies diagnosed my first problem, which was carpenter bees. They treated for that and then found termites, which was a separate treatment. Biggest problem was the weather, since it has rained like a monsoon! But they persisted, explained everything, used the least amount of toxic chemicals, and cleaned up beautifully.

Prompt response to request to find animals in the crawl space as well as the site of entrance. Animals humanely trapped, access holes covered, all holes carefully repaired. All work done in very timely manner, complete clean-up (no mess left behind). Everyone was very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Excellent! These guys are very friendly and do a super thorough job! I like that they went above and beyond; removing all current cobwebs and nests AND explaining everything they were doing along the way. Excellent! Arrived in the time I allotted to accommodate my residents being away. Every piece of furniture they moved they put it back in its proper place, they cleaned up after themselves. It was an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this company for bug treatment.

They are very profesional and courteous. They gave a great estimate and also educated the tenant on how to reduce the probability of the ants returning. Came back a week or so later to do a follow up to make sure the ants were not coming back.
