"From start to finish the job was performed in a professional manner. After the unit was built on site we proceeded to remove the old unit. Once the old unit was removed completely we examined the opening and prepared it for the install. Upon our inspection I discovered a bow in the floor, when it was discovered I notified Mrs [Member Name Removed] of the issue. She gave me the ok to proceed with the install. After the project was completed she was happy with the results. I explained to her being that the doors was installed on second floor additional sealant was added to pro-vent any leaks. I also informed her of the tightness of the unit not just at floor level but all around this was purposely done to pro vent any leaks. Mrs [Member Name Removed] call me back out to make adjustments. And I did. I received another request and wasn’t able to meet the appointment time. So we re schedule. After speaking to Mrs [Member Name Removed] Over the phone I made a suggestion to remove the doors and cut the bottom. She agreed. I decided not to move forward with cutting the doors. Due to the risk damaging the door and may put the door at risk of leaking which would’ve been a liability in both cases. The right thing to do repair the floor in order for the threshold to go down in the center. My apologies to Miss [Member Name Removed] for my decision to not alter the doors to accommodate the floor I made a professional decision to leave those doors and its natural state and make sure that there’s no further leakage from that opening."
