I was not happy with the service but the work was great. They told me that it would be installed in 2 weeks. I ended up waiting about 6 weeks for the work to be done. I had to keep calling and calling because they said they didn’t get the right part and they said it would be ready in 2 days. I had to keep calling them back and it took 3 more weeks. The job got delayed more because he said he does not work in the rain and we had to reschedule twice before they got here. I found out later that they were about to go out of business. It took them about 6-8 weeks to finally get the job finished. The extra charge for the service was for an installation charge and also a charge to come out and measure. I would not recommend them to anyone.
