Since I am retired military and an Angie's List member the provider said since the fix was so simple they didn't want to charge me for the work. They were able to adjust the door in ten minutes. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needed the service.

lI had already planned on having to buy a new patio door, but as a last resort I called Door King because the reviews on Angie's list were so excellent.  Am so glad I did !  Roger came out and inspected the door and assured me that he could fix it.  I had my misgivings because twice I'd already paid hundreds of dollars  to fix the door with no real success.  Well, today Roger and Scott from Door King arrived very punctually, removed both patio doors, put in a new track at the bottom, new rollers on the bottom of the slider, and even fixed the latch/lock on the door which was also broken.  The door works like new, and they did all this in only ca. one hour ! I just can't believe how well the door now works.  Fantastic !!!  One other thing - they are both good people and are animal lovers (I have dogs).    It was great to finally find a service provider with nice, hard working people  who can actually do what they promise.  Most highly recommended. <br />

Roger and Scott performed the work flawlessly. They arrived on time, were courteous and completed the job in a diligent manner. They are consummate, old-school pros who have outstanding ethics. They did such a superb job at our house that I had them reinforce several doors the next week at my mother's house. I make the highest recommendation without reservation. <br />

<p>Roger and Scott from Door King, Inc exceeded all expectations. I was able to set up appointment within a few days of my initial call, and they indicated all necessary work could be completed during the initial visit. In fact, the day of the appointment they found themselves ahead of schedule, called me to move up the appointment (which I was delighted to do), and waited for me until I could get back from a jog. They looked at the work, explained what needed to be done, stated the cost, and most importantly instilled 100% confidence. </p> <p>First, the team of Roger and Scott fixed the two closet by-pass doors by removing them, replaced the rollers, and rehung the doors. They both now slide smoothly, and open and close with no resistance - better than I ever imagined.</p> <p>They next tackled the two more complex entrance door jobs involving fixing the gaps and upgrading the deadbolt mechanisms. Resolving these problems involved the following: (1) removing one side of the door frame (2) shimming and blocking (3) replacing/adjusting the weather stripping (4) installing dead bolt super strikers (5) reattaching the door frame. The end result is both doors are now tightly sealed (I can see and feel the difference) and whole lot more secure.</p> <p>While they were packing up after about 2 hours of work, I recalled that I had wall mounted panel door that would not close due to a broken locking mechanism. Without hesitation, Scott broke away, and had the panel door fixed in a few minutes, thus saving me a $100 locksmith visit.</p> <p>It does not get better than this!</p> <br />

Overall the service was TOP notch. On time, very clear, hard working and very precise. Perfectionists. I will highly recommend them to anyone! <br /> Kept in their quoted price range, and they do what they say. <br /> These are true craftsmen. <br />

Called spoke to Roger was quoted a price over the phone for a 8ft sliding glass door that needed repair. They said single rollers 245.00 and double rollers 265.00 and they were true to their word.They fixed every little detail and no micky mouse stuff at all. They repaired other contractors mistakes that had worked on the door before. They were true to their word as they stated on the phone and no hidden cost. Very impressed because the door was a monster and weighed a lot. Thank you!! <br />

My double entry doors were misaligned to the door frame. I could actually see light and feel air between the doors and framing. I contacted Door King, and the owner Roger and his assistant Vinny came out for a look. Right away they said the problem was caused by the door frame not being properly aligned to the house frame. Roger said it was typical of the shoddy home construction found in Las Vegas. He said he would need an entire day to pull the casing off the frame to determine how bad the problem was and if it was correctable. After deliberating a few weeks, I decided to have them proceed with the work. Fortunately they were able to correct the misaligned frame, and now my doors close perfectly. Indeed it took an entire day but Roger and Vinny were very professional, and took the time to do the job right. They are true craftsmen; a rare find these days.
