My insurance company seen our roof so I had to get our roof done or have to carry high risk insurance supplied by our mortgage company. I went out to get three quotes and Double B Roofing gave us a quote on the spot. One company didn?t return my phone call and the other mailed the quote to me even after I told them to email it to me. I didn?t have much time. So I called Double B Roofing and we scheduled a time but their supplier didn?t have what we wanted so we delayed by 2 days.  They came to the house as promised after they received the materials. It took 2 full days and one partial day to finish the job to remove the old shingles and entirely re-roof the house.  They did extra work that was appreciated. They had to remove the satellite dish. After roofing that <br /> section of the roof they put the satellite dish back on the roof and entered the codes to get the service working.  A small part of the roof?s wood needed to be replaced and they replaced it with no extra charge. Double B even supplied the insurance company proof that the roof was done. The cost was fair, their service was excellent and we will call on Double B Roofing to roof our homes. <br />

<p>I ran into a big issue that Double B Roofing was able to turn around.  Right before the closing of my home, a handyman fixed a hole in the dormer.  In the process of doing that repair he unknowingly created a leak in the roof.  The area that the water was coming in was not directly related to the leak and was not easy to rectify.</p> <p>There are few roofing companies that do small repairs, and I am sure that this was a pain for Double B to take on.  However, they were able to resolve the issue on a very tight deadline.  Their professional approach in handling a possible deal breaker was greatly appreciated and confirms the company's' commitment to customer satisfaction and they uphold their guarantee. </p> <br />

Went well! They called me to set up an appointment. They showed up the day they said they would, fixed our gutter and cleaned everything. <br />

Everything was performed in a timely matter, great communications made by contractors plan to use services in the future. <br />

Not well.  I made an appointment with the dispatcher but the inspector didn't show.  I called about 30 minutes after scheduled time and he told me he went to the wrong house -- about 30 minutes away.  That was my prior residence which somehow the dispatcher had pulled from my credit card billing address. <br /> We reschedule for the next week.  Two men arrived on time for the second appointment.  One cleaned the gutters and did a thorough, professional job.  The other inspected the roof.  I was planning to replace the roof the following spring so I was more concerned with minor repairs than an inspection.  The roofer told me that the roof was too steep to walk on so he wouldn't be able to make any repairs if needed.  He did point out a missing shingle but said he couldn't replace it.   <br /> Bottom line, I spent $199 for a gutter cleaning.  Waste of money. <br />

Very professional - quickly came in evaluated the problem and found the root cause and had it repaired within an hour.  Would recommend for future services. <br />

We appreciated the responsiveness of Double B to our Angie's List deal purchase and in setting up the service. We also appreciate their communication when the date was moved due to weather. They were very courteous and professional.  <br /> We had expected some of the gutters/downspouts replaced based on the description of the deal we purchased. Also, we were disappointed that the roof shingles replaced were light colored as opposed to a darker color that wouldn't stand out so much against our black roof. Not sure if that was a misplaced expectation or not. Those are the reasons for the "good" vs. excellent rating. Overall, though, we were pleased with the deal and the service and would use them again. <br />

They were very punctual and through.We would certainly recommend them and use them again.

It wasn't as thorough as I liked it. He didn't respond to my purchase, so I had to email him, and he said he would call us within a week and he didn't. He eventually completed the service, but I had to call him a couple of times. I really wasn't able to see his completed work, because he came when I wasn't home. He didn't' charge me anything extra. I wasn't here when he drove up, I caught him just as he was leaving, and I told him that my main concern was that I had a leak on the corner of the bedroom, and I think he got back up. He said that he checked it, and he put some caulk on it, but it still looks like it is leaking. I thought the price was fair, just that he didn't complete what I wanted him to do. He came on the day that he said he was going to come.

I wanted to know if I needed a new roof.  Double B told me that my current roof had 4-6 years left.  I appreciate their honesty and would definitely use them again. <br />

We called and set up an appointment with them the day after we noticed a small leak in our roof.  We purchased the $99.00 Big Deal and they called soon after and came out to the house the next day.  They inspected the roof and repaired the leak area.  They were very friendly and easy to work with. <br />

Provider came within 24 hours to clean and level all the gutters.  Work was done professionally and cleaned up at the end.  He quoted additional work including gutter guards and some wood repair which seemed more than reasonable ($900).  I spoke to the owner who took his time explaining the gutter guard system and wood repair that was needed.  Overall, Grade A service. <br /> <br /> <br />

We appreciated his honesty and decided to have him replace both sides anyway.

I originally purchased a Big Deal for a roof inspection/minor repair package, and when Double B came out for that they found that the roof needed more attention than was covered under that package. They ended up bumping me up to another roof repair package and rescheduling the service (the repairs required two people to perform). The second time they came out, it was a day or so after they'd expected to make it but they did update me that they would be delayed. The actual repairs were performed in under an hour, after which they provided a detailed assessment of the roof and suggested a few other maintenance tasks they could perform. They did an excellent job of informing me about their services and were not at all pushy about it, which I greatly appreciated. Every employee I interacted with was knowledgeable and polite. Overall, I felt they were a great company to work with - I would hire them again and highly recommend them to others. <br />

Made two trips to house for the same leak.  As of today June 23,2014, It is still leaking. I don't like to give bad reviews , but what choice do I have.  as of this moment it is raining outside and it is still leaking. I am going to get it fixed but not from double  B roofing. <br />

<p>They were very flexible and responsive and worked around my limited schedule.  They did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need - the gutters were in reasonably good shape, and they did not try to suggest any unneeded repairs.</p> <p>I was aware of one area where the wood behind the gutters had rotted.  I have contracted with them to repair that area - I was impressed with their suggestions for a long-term solution.  Their estimate was very reasonable, and I look forward to having that area fixed.</p> <br />
