Very good. Exceptional customer service. Very affordable and Doug did a great job and explained everything before he does it. He's available weekends and late nights as well. He is the only one I will use now.

Doug explained in detailed to me what needed to be done and the parts that needed to be replaced and that they were under warranty. Doug was punctual, courteous, and you need not worry about him making a mess in your home. Doug is a fair priced independent owner/operator who treats his customers with respect and is not out to cheat people or take advantage of people I got great service from Doug and an excellent price. I recommend Doug to all my family and friends. Plus, he is an animal lover. : )

Nice guy, terrible service, I was charged and told my problem was fixed... and it wasn't. I still can't believe Doug took my money and didn't fix anything! He never offered to refund my money. <br />
