Downing Plumbing responded immediately with a phone call. We set up an appointment. They were on time and fixed our whirlpool tub faucet when no one else wanted to. Bob the technician, was professional, polite, and informative. Would definitely call Downing with any future problems.

Requested plumbing work yesterday on my irrigation system. I specifically told the technician what the problem was. He insisted there was only one pipe and replaced it but still leaking. Spoke with management and they are not willing to do anything to help the situation. I paid $400 for nothing.

"It was recommended during our initial service that all water piping that was exposed to freezing temperatures be replaced, and an estimate could be provided on request. The water line that was repaired was the water line before the backflow valve. When we returned the backflow valve itself was leaking. We did offer to apply the full work performed to the new repair as a client courtesy, but that was declined."
