"It was recommended during our initial service that all water piping that was exposed to freezing temperatures be replaced, and an estimate could be provided on request. The water line that was repaired was the water line before the backflow valve. When we returned the backflow valve itself was leaking. We did offer to apply the full work performed to the new repair as a client courtesy, but that was declined."
